  1. The coolant isn't the right colour which could ring alarm bells.
  2. Catalogue
  3. Pineapple
  4. Listen. I had to Google that one!!
  5. Lovely car, well done, although sorry to hear you have some unwelcome personal news!
  6. Stethoscope
  7. I could ask the same question. Why are LS430 front upper control arms £1,140 a pair from a main dealer whereas I paid £93 delivered from the US and they're perfectly fine. I'm sure its the same with most luxury brands.
  8. The auxiliary belt is literally a 5 minute job, one of the easiest jobs on the LS so don't let them tell you otherwise.
  9. I'd happily use LED's if I could find some that would be a direct fit without showing all the warnings but I haven't found anything. I see Rockauto sell bulbs with varying degrees of light improvement, a claim of 60-100%. About £25 for a pair delivered and I'm guessing the brighter the bulb the shorter the life. I might just give them a try.
  10. Watergate
  11. The thing is, if you look after the pennies, in this case the penny, then apparently the pounds look after themselves! It'll be interesting to hear what they say to you regarding their unbridled generosity. And as you can see above, AF is after your business again!!
  12. I was going to suggest RainX, you got there before me!
  13. It's good you're being thorough, keep us posted re the valve clearances. Btw, did you have to add much trans fluid when you did the radiator?
  14. Lexus will have the belt change on record if it was done by them. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone having their valve clearances checked.
  15. Thanks Neil, looking forward to it! We're all fine and dandy, just being sensible but can't wait for things to be relatively normal.
