  1. I would think it's just a case of getting the instrument cluster from a breakers. I don't know how you would change the mileage but it was already done on mine to show the Japanese auction sheet mileage. Its not too bad a job removing it from an LS400.
  2. Let us know how you get on, I tried several companies without success until I phoned Mark Richard.
  3. Try this company, they insure my Celsior and it cost the same for this year as last year, £295 fully comp with low excess, I've found them very helpful.
  4. I know, our dog is now waking me up earlier as it starts to get lighter!
  5. Just type in GS300 dash creak on YouTube and you'll find it.
  6. Check for the creaky dash issue, most have it but it's fairly easy to rectify. I drove my GS300 on a European trip doing 2.5k miles in 10 days, often averaging high 30's MPG and very comfortable!
  7. Nice car, the same year as my GS which to this day I ask myself why I sold it!
  8. It just amazes me how casual they are, even when the outside light comes on!
  9. The Celsior is running perfectly, I'll have had it for three years this summer, it's amazing how time flies. I haven't made any firm plans but later this year I may part with it, I want to fully retire this year and having three cars between us isn't really practical so I'll see how I feel in a few months. I hope the GS is what you're looking for.
  10. That looks very very nice, in my opinion it looks better than later models and still looks as modern as many new cars out there. So annual tax is half that of a non hybrid GS?
  11. Mine felt ok as I tightened them, I didn't go mad, just a tweak but I'll keep watch over the weeks.
  12. One of the problems with these gangs is the way they come "tooled up" a couple of other members have found them to have machetes or hammers so confronting them isn't worth the risk.
