    You need to stop putting pictures on the forum, I don't look good in green! The pre-facelift doesn't have exposed exhausts, but I had them fitted to my previous one, and it made such a difference to the look of the rear end. The only thing stopping me doing it again is traveling the 12 miles to Brighton. Maybe next week!

    Good point, the LS400 doesn't have air (except for some imports) Your car really looks the biz, you must be chuffed with it.

    Interesting. When I put lower profile wheels on my LS400 it felt harsh so I changed them back for the originals.

    It does look nice, but it's the same year as mine, and I wouldn't expect to get more than 2k, and with 30k less miles on mine. In fact I sold mine last year for 2k, but as the sale went pear shaped I kept it, and glad I did!

    If my mum gave me more pocket money I'd buy a century, what a head turner that would be. Not sure I'd look good wearing a cravat though, because I think it would be compulsory to wear one driving a car like that.

    ....a MK4 went past my house today (a very, very rare sight) with a modified exhaust, and it sounded fantastic, just like an American muscle car with a V8!

    Wow, they really are expensive! Black Circles have a budget one for £100 or £148 for a Bridgestone fitted.

    The LS430 is usually described as being "double glazed" although it's just two pieces of laminated glass. My wife once put the window down on her side to clear the glass (which it didn't) and referred to it as a poxy car!!

    I read on this forum recently about the "vacant" lamp holder. I'm not sure what it was but I seem to remember it was used in the American market but not here.
