Only problem is you could be driving along the road and suddenly you need to slam the brakes on and that is when there is load pop like packet of crisp opening.... its scares the passengers in the car lol
Now about what you have suggested car .. in Feb the car went to lexus for new front ball joint replacement, i did ask lexus to investigate the clunk sound, but they said they didnt have enough time ($$$ 🙃). so they would have had the car in the air, ive had wheel alignment done twice this year too! dont ask bloody potholes.
I think i will go round the whole car and check for anything loose, but my mind keeps going to front of car as sometime when it happens it feel like its coming from the front of the car.
I will start with brake pad inspection... maybe even visit indie mechanics for suggestions.
