  1. I've got the 1st one on mines and it looks amazing! Will upload pic when i get home .
  2. There out to be European equivelant to the Denso 234-9051, I don't see why we should have to order from the US?? Maybe give Lexus parts dept a call and see what part and price they come back with.
  3. Im 6ft 2" and don't have any bother with the car, driven to London and back from scotland a few times never had any bother on long journeys.
  4. Yeah gonna order 2 in from the U.S. then, fuel consumptipn is crap these days combined with a rich smell of fuel when outside car.
  5. My initial thoughts would also be that you are carrying less weight when fuel is low.
  6. Got email back from eurocarparts they say the Denso lambda sensor is part number DOX-0277
  7. Thanks for the part number ChumpusRex will check with eurocarparts tomorrow.
  8. Why not take it along to Lexus and get them diagnose the exact cause?
  9. Yeah it's a cracking price ands it's Denso so don't think you can go wrong... But I noticed there are 4 sensors on the car with 2 being located on the engine bay and i believe the other 2 on the exhaust... Are all 4 sensor the same product? The 2 in the engine are air/fuel and I think the other 2 are heat related? The reason for me wanting to change mines is I sense a strong smell of unburnt fuel, cars hit 82k never used to smell it before.
  10. Go auto... I drove manuals for 14 years and it only took 1 month in the auto to make me think what I had been missing in the 14 years! Lol
  11. Eurocarparts have a Denso lambda sensor, part no: 710822605 doesn't tell you what Denso model no it is though but I put in my car reg and it came as suitable for my car. Priced at £81.... http://www.eurocarparts.com/mobile/search/710822605/p/home Anyone know if this is the part I need?
  12. Then why not just take it along to Lexus and get them to diagnose the issue once and for all, save beating your head on the steering wheel ;) also just a note U would also start to lose power if the lambda sensor were past there sell by date so to speak.
  13. It just occurred to me but is it possible you need to get your oxygen sensors replaced?? It needs to be changed between 70-100k
  14. Sounds like you have LED lights in your car.. The front dome has 3 bulbs.. 2 will fade/flicker away so that only 1 light remains The rear dome has 2 bulbs.. 1 will fade/flicker away so that only 1 light remains
  15. I've literally taken every part of my car apart (except the engine) lol Everything is held by clips so just a case of pulling.. doesn't get easier... Do you have photo of the trim that you want to remove?
  16. My LED ones flicker..fitted them a few weeks ago.. found it it annoying at first but no accustomed to the flicker. Only flicker when they fadein/fadeout. The old normal bulbs never did that
  17. Bought and fitted the bosch s4026 068 battery which was "drag & drop" essentially good thing I didn't buy the 069 the terminal cable barley stretched more than its original position, thanks for tips guys u saved me ripping my hair out lol :) my only gripe is the engine athletics are ruined, everything is black/grey with a blue battery :/ just looks so odd!
  18. Haha that's not a pic of my battery ;) my engine bay is clean. I ordered the bosch s4 as per your recommendation. I know the terminal would have been at the front had I ordered the 069 but I would have thought there would be enough slack for it to reach the front end.
  19. Wrong position or wrong direction?? The positive is on the left and the negative is on the right.. How should i be looking at the direction of this??
  20. The following will help you locate a battery for majority of the Lexus models: https://advancedbatterysupplies.co.uk/lexuscarbatteries IS250: - Bosch S4027 - Varta E24 Both are size 069
  21. Does anyone have a specific brand/type battery they have bought for their IS250? Mines won't start without a cpr from another car! Lol looks like it's the original battery that came with the car so 7 1/2 years old.
  22. Ah bad luck mate! Hope you find a spare wheel at reasonable price.
  23. Fair enough but how come you need just the one wheel?
  24. Is that 390 for one alloy or set of 4?? I know of a lexus garage that is selling set of 4 alloys for around £490 but they are the style that are on my car and not the style you are after... But I would say if u can get a set of 4 for £390 then take them and sell the existing 3 off.
  25. I feel your pain bro! :( Mines was keyed twice inside a year! 1) While in manchester, driver side from start of the passenger door right to mid driver door! 2) local, passenger side from tail light all the way to front front headlight!! Cost me £520 in total that includes painting rear lip that I bought and I got them to paint the corroded wiper arm too, not bad but £520 is still £520 which could have for example gone toward new alloys or other mods etc... Little $h1ts have no respect for people's property!
