    Hi, Can anyone suggest a good tape/stick pad for putting on number plates? Another suggestion i have seen is sticky Velcro pads.... Any suggestions ideas appreciated.

    Hey everyone, Im still waiting on the new cruise control stalk arriving, but been thinking about fitting process. On the 300h is it sufficient to disconnect the 12v battery or is this not required? I don't plan to disconnect the steering airbag just lift out to one side so that I can access the cruise controls module screws. All advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated 👍

    @Herbie how do you rate the GROM unit? Is the smooth? I know it still on android 8.x. The screen replacement unit I've seen has a 10" screen, Qualcomm 8 core CPU and comes with Android 10. Both around £500 mark but the Qualcomm version might end up incurring import charges. The Grom advantage is it UK based and connect to existing screen.

    Yeah but i removed and cleaned both in 10mins.... it took 30sec each to remove.... we are talking about 1min removal time and 1min to fit new ones... assuming they cost £18 each that £36... the remaining £86 would be for 2min labour time??? 😂

    I took the washer jets off, simple plastic clip, disconnect the rubber hose, clean the jets with pin and air duster. Reinstall.. both side total time 10mins, spray pattern much better and wider... Now tell me Lexus how do you justify £122!!!🤨

    Surely that's a manufacturing defect? You do have 10 years warranty these days. So what exactly does the warranty cover. My is250 was 14 years old and never had condensation issue with the headlamp.

    Is this not covered under the lexus relax warranty? I hace condensation going on in driver size headlamp.

    1) Windscreen Jets 2) AC service and filter clean 3) Rear Brakes discs and pads (which i will do myself) Alright i'll call them and ask if the parts is in stock the notes imply it need to be ordered.

    Pressure seems fine, i did find prior to taking car in the jet stream seemed bit narrow. Is it worth just paying the £122 and getting it done?

    Any instructions how you removed the jets, my IS300h is in for a service right now and this what the the technician has quoted: both front washer jets spay pattern is not covering the windscreen /// parts will need to be ordered £122 Seems excessive for £122 Also can anyone advise on the part number? Lexus Parts direct do not have it only Phase 2.

    Thanks @Bluemarlin its been so long that i forgot Lexus have user manuals online. But just one more question... why is the online manual 500+ page but the user guide i have only 150 pages? Oil capacity 1.15 L (1.20 qt., 1.01 Imp. qt.) Oil type and viscosity Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent

    my user manual only goes up to page 152 🙂 Engine Oil / Transmission oil etc is listed on Page 126/127 but no mention of Differential oil

    Hi, Can someone please tell me which diff oil is to be used on the IS300h? 75w-80 or 75w-90 And how many litres required? There is no mention of differential oil in the manual.

    Nope not compatible... the 87139-YZZ53 is wider. Looks like my one has never been replaced it was super dirty and heavy!! Correction Update: IS Phase 3 filter is: 87139-YZZ53

    Hi, Does anyone know if cabin filter: 87139-YZZ16 can be used on the Is300h? I know the correct part number for IS300h is: 87139-YZZ38 I bought the YZZ16 for when i had the IS250 but never got round to the service before selling it off. Cannot send back to seller as i bought it back in October.

    Yeah I seen those don't really want the carbon fibre look at least not in the style they sell.

    There is a scratch on the mode selector dial knob, does anyone know if it can be fixed using Meguires PlastX scratch remover or would that end up taking the paint off? What have others done to theirs??

    Ordered from Amayama @ £42 delivered. The shipping status has changed from UK suspended to 2-6 weeks. Can i expect import tax/customs charge?? 😬

    yeah the base of it is still on the steering wheel only this stick is missing... Need to find a guide to remove the airbag so that i can get to broken part... makes me little nervous, i think as long as i dont not disconnect the airbag it should just be 4 spring type mechanism holding the air bag on the wheel, pop them and i should be able lift the airbag off and access the cruise control part.
