  1. Now I am very jealous
  2. But why wasn’t he in sport s plus?
  3. What are the OEM tyres you have? PS4s?
  4. Big fan of the alloys too. Congratulations on the purchase. Might want to consider some ppf as matching that colour would not be easy? It isn’t easy on the sonic red either.
  5. I have a sport plus and not had that issue. Check the seals where the windows meet the b pillar (if that’s what it’s called near the room line). Also check the vents through to the tyre are clear of any debris. Good luck finding it!
  6. Nice work. Mine was the same when I got it. I’m convinced most were caused by the dealer. Strictly do not clean orders when it goes in for services. Lexus paint is very soft. Wash and dry with care.
  7. It was Boizel Champaign house in Epernay, and yes the circuit at Reims
  8. A few more from a few car tours in Europe. Sadly the weather is now turning.
  9. Where did you end up if you don’t mind me asking. Sorry if it’s a sore subject.
  10. Mine looks very similar to eightk. I may also request some anti corrosion measures. Do we know if Lexus provide this as a service or better to use independents?
  11. Wow you’ve been busy! 8000 miles in a few months?!? Nice going.
  12. Agree - ask Lexus to look at it. If it was approved used they will need to tell you it’s okay and normal. I’d want to rule out flood damage as that does look like a lot of rust. I’ll try to crawl under my car and share photos too (2020 plate).
  13. I actually don’t find the width an issue with regards to general driving, but agree on the door opening aspect. It’s a big door with some heft. I’ve taken mine into Europe (France and Switzerland) with no issues. I’d go further and say, it’s been an absolute pleasure to much through 1000s of miles in it. It also gets a lot of positive attention even in the company of supercars / other mainstream sports cars. My gripe is the sound system I can never quite set up right (ML) to my liking so constantly fiddling. And don’t start me on the stock tyres. I swapped mine out for non run flats (PS4S) and it transformed the way it turns in and puts power down. Photo from a trip down to Épernay a weeks back.
  14. Thanks for having a go at getting a drive out sorted. If the dates work (will confirm shortly) count us in (driving up from the midlands). In the meantime - feast your eyes on this. My LC being stalked by another LC (the odds of 2 LCs being in the same place are incredibly small, let alone the same colour and trim) during a driving tour in France with the SCUK car club. Would love to get the Welsh variant of this photo!
  15. I use this one and it works great. It does sacrifice the cup holder though …. But I manage just fine using the other cup holder in the centre armrest in a pinch. https://amzn.eu/d/07WWRBOe Waze is a must for me!
