Hello, The rear camera on my 11 year old RX400h seems to be playing up. Sometimes when I switch to reverse the image dulls and sometimes black lines roll across it. Are there any obvious issues or solutions? Also, how much are these cameras? I’m hoping it carries on working till next year when i will hopefully change to a Rx450. Hello sir. I have a mobility scooter it’s a Gogo elite Traveler and i use an Autochair Olympian hoist to remotely lift it in and out of the back of my RX 400. So I can confirm at least scooter and a host of that can figuration will go in. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Hello I have an RX 400 H 2007 Reg. It went in for service today and I was told both the front lower suspension arm bushes are worn split and cracking. The service guy thinks this is an MOT failure and they would be looking to charge £450 per side for replacement. I’m not an engineer and I was just asking here if just the rubber bushes can be replaced or if the whole suspension arm has to be replaced? Hi I have a 2007 RX 400 H , it has always made a groaning sound sometimes when I press down on the accelerator.. I think this is something to do with the hybrid drive but I’m not sure... this week the groaning noise has taken longer to subside.. Personally i think every infotainment system is hard to use at first .. I had a BMW X5 for a while and even after having it considerable time I still had to look down at the controller to see what to press, also I believe the Lexus has sensitivity adjustments on the joystick so you can set it to snap to the next icon on the screen with ease. Something which I think a lot of reviewers overlook. Compared to BMW or Mercedes Lexus is far superior, so any minor niggles seem insignificant. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Hi I keep reading when people review the Lexus range for the past few years on YouTube, that no one seems to like the infotainment system with the mouse or the touch control. Also they give it bad marks because the Apple and Google Play services are not included in the infotainment system, only Lexus’s own suite of apps are there on screen. At present I am in RX 400 H and in its day ( in 2007) it was quite ahead of the game technologically I think. With backup cameras et cetera. Hello I was wondering what sort of interior lighting is inside the new RX .. I was in a BMW X5 recently in the evening and I liked the blue interior lighting strips and footwell lights and all over ambient illumination. Seats were useless though.. i am surprised there is no lumbar support...terrible. I’m hoping to get a 450 next year. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Like I’ve said a number of times. There’s been nothing wrong with my RX 400 battery.. it even works after I’ve been hoisting my disability scooter out the back on my Olympian robot arm ..so no problems there the solution is to just don’t leave the key in the ready position overnight.
