    Thanks for your reply sir. I spoke to Autochair and their response was that since there are differences in the hybrid system on the 2016 shape 450 that they reckoned I needed to buy a new installation including the A frame and a new arm! They reckon the arm has to be positioned on the left whereas in the 400 it was installed on the right. This seems a bit mad to me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi, I haven’t got one, but I’ve sat in both a mark 3 and mark 4 with panoramic roof and there’s probably two inches spare and I’m 5feet 8... but I’m not sure if the seat was all the way up or down so someone else might be able to tell you better . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi.. my RX400 sat nav isn’t too bad. It will want to throw you off course , but that happened in the BMW X5 I once loaned.. You realise that sat nav is only meant as a guide.. it’s pretty important that you know where you want to go and know the main lay points yourself. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I went to Lexus for servicing my old RX 400 after going to an independent and finding there wasn’t much in it, and I got a Lexus loan car too.. having said this if I changed to a newer RX I would most likely go independent Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi. Mines a 2007 RX and the traction battery still shows full green bars . You should not have a problem as long as the car is looked after. Also make sure the inverter has had its recall done that happened a few years ago. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi I’m hoping to upgrade to 2016 RX . I was just wondering is Apple CarPlay that superior over the systems that is standard in the RX?     Hi I’ve had my RX 400 for seven years and every now and then there is a small rattle from somewhere either the sunroof or the cargo box in the middle , but I can go for weeks without hearing it.     Maybe there is a lowering of standards at Lexus. I had my RX 400 windscreen wash motor replaced last week and there was no courtesy call afterwards. Afterwards I noticed they had erased all my previous sat nav points, I guess due to the battery being disconnected while they did the work. No one bothered to let me know this.. common courtesy?
