    Hello when you brake its normal to have a click and a noise like a turbine winding down. It's part of the idiosyncraticies of owning a hybrid. It's the noise of the regenerative braking system.     I'm not sure what you are referring to sir, on mine you just move the stalk up to the next click and your back to manual wipe..if you click down its normal wipe speed, click down again and it's fast wipe. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi I think what you're describing my RX400 h is the same . It makes those noises when breaking and also when coasting so I don't think there's any need to worry . It's part of the regenerative braking system. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I always notice a drop in mpg when It's cold weather. In the summer I was getting 30 to 31 mpg.. now in this cold weather it's gone down to 25mpg. It's always had that characteristic since I had it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I was thinking that the ICE was the in car entertainment system myself ?. I wasconfused LOL. Also , don't forget you're dealing with old technology in the RX 400 I think technology and the software has moved on from that especially in the later models. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I have to say that in my RX 400 hybrid that the auto wipers are actually very good and usually come on exactly when I need them to 99% of the time and I assume that you know that you can adjust the sensitivity and although I haven't got a 450, perhaps you can adjust the sensitivity of the high beam as well?     It might be worth mentioning that before my MOT at Lexus Birmingham I do usually get a pre-MOT inspection that I have a week or two before the actual MOT occurs , so maybe that is worth considering in the future. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    I guess it can come down to the age of your car. If it's new it may be worth keeping it serviced by Lexus so you can keep the resale value.. if it's older is less of an issue. I choose to keep my 10 year old RX400 service at Lexus because they do a good job and don't mess me about. Peace of mind sometimes it's worth it. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

    I'm pretty sure it's Lexus policy not to hassle customers with questions about if they will buy one or not. I think the philosophy is, if you want one you will approach the sales team. If you're a new or prospective customer coming into the showroom for the first time they will ask if you need a hand, which is fair enough.
