  1. I have indeed had both on my car - having kept the Invidia. Quicksilver was a good "louder than OEM" sound and is better than OEM for sure. It did drone a low revs up hills and certain speeds on the motorway. I can't describe the feeling very well by typing on here, but I felt I had compromised the Lexus quality by adding this exhaust. That's no reflection of the product itself which is very well made, just a feeling I had as an owner driving it around. I wasn't a fan of the carbon tips - some would prefer them which is fine, they do look the part if you are looking for a more aggressive overall look, but they didnt suit the back of my car in blue. So as I wanted to keep the OEM look on the rear I went for Invidia as it is also Cat Back for the price of the Quicksilver axle back. Never regretted my decision. The Invidia is just as aftermarket as the Quicksilver of course it is, BUT, it does not feel like it and honestly came away from the garage feeling like it had always been fitted from factory. It's quiet in the low revs but with added V8 burble which the OEM misses and it kicks ***** and turns heads when you put your foot down! I have had many compare the sound to an Aston and I tend to agree. I have experience zero drone, zero. If you give me a couple of mins I will upload a drive away vid which a friend of mine took of the Invidia.
  2. RCF/GSF axle backs are very similar but wont fit without modification. Tailpipes would need extending and hangers relocated.
  3. Looking good mate. I’m thinking to match GSF colour when my diamond cut gives up the ghost.
  4. What colour did you go on the wheels?
  5. Whereas Invidia do not publish any gains.
  6. Will keep an eye myself and post here if it suddenly becomes open.
  7. Agreed, happy to open it up and I will also jump on an buy a ticket before the date fills up - once confirmed.
  8. Yeh I think owing to the size of the site this year, there was a lot of that going on, everyone moving around in circles missing each other. Thanks for the pic, the RCF got quite a lot of interest parked next to that burger stand 🙂
  9. I stopped by your stand but nobody seemed to be around to say hello to...bad timing. Was a great day out and how lucky was the weather! I will get a couple of pics up as soon as I figure out to do it on my phone 😕 PS Your tyres show a great time on track, nice one.
  10. That sounds awesome. I just hope I can come on the chosen date 🙏🏼
  11. Great idea Perhaps the forum has that function?
  12. Saturday/Sunday can depend on the weekend in question. Perhaps Sunday being as most car shows are also on Sundays? (I am thinking about when I tell my wife haha)
  13. Welcome to the fold. Won’t be far for you to travel.
  14. Cool. I live SE London/Kent but staying at my dads in Leighton Buzzard night before. Try stop at Towchester on your way though if feasible.
  15. How many takers on the F stand Sunday? I am going with the RC club. Club stand map just came out, we are area 8, you guys are area 12. Are you all meeting up beforehand? We will be in convoy from Towchester McDonalds 8am - but if that is too busy, will be from Towchester Tesco.
  16. I am looking forward to showing off my orange calipers, +50bhp you know! However, I still have my stone chip (boooooo)
  17. Sounds good to me David. Hopefully can attract a few more members with it being North of London this time.
  18. I'd love an excuse to bomb it up to yours @mr2lad - perhaps I dont need one? lol Oxford will be perfect however. Is there anything car related in that area - that will have a large car park? Hmmm
  19. I did consider. But it all started to get a bit over over budget. There are now only 3 so I would also need to buy a 4th which will likely need to be new - £1800 lol
  20. Yes I was in conversation with the seller and nearly made a deal on all 4 until I realised they were based in Scotland so collection wasnt an option and shipping put them over my budget. Very frustrating as owners sell a set of OEM GSF wheels in the US probably once per month 😞
  21. I total agree that these cars would not sell parts well on ebay etc. Certainly not the GSF as all of us will have known where they come from - though I am after a set of GSF wheels, Id never buy from ebay for this reason. Someone "undergound" has ordered the car for sure.
  22. Hope it’s in good condition matey, wouldn’t have been abused unless it was chased so should be fine.
