  1. He has some stock in the UK so if you are lucky enough to have the correct loom type (depending on year and spec of the car) then he will send it out from UK and arrives the next day. Give him an email, very helpful and friendly chap.
  2. Just one kit which installs into the drivers door only which does both mirrors. There are 7-8 wires to cut and solder the module box into the circuit. Secure the box behind the door card and away you go.
  3. Scored 2x brand new OEM multispokes at the weekend £90 per wheel....on the hunt now for 2x 8.5j's for the rears
  4. Just ordered this in dark grey - as I said hoping to match the dark grey on the top of the dash. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201318968264
  5. I second this. Ive had Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetical 2's for the past 36000 miles ( 2 sets with plenty of life left on the second set). Highly recommend. BUT definitely worth getting an alignment done to prevent inner tyre wear on the fronts. Does the Mk2 suffer same inner tyre wear as the Mk1? Or is an OEM spec alignment sufficient?
  6. I have exactly the same interior and also want to wrap the wood panels. Was thinking just get some different sample pieces of wrap from eBay then order more of the one I like. Want to get close to the darker grey colour found on top of the dash under the windscreen with a gloss finish hopefully. Let me know how you get on
  7. Windows done. I have since been for another drive in the dark and beams were still off. Ill try the battery removal again on my in-laws driveway which is completely flat. Fingers crossed, don't fancy a trip to main dealer......
  8. Hi all, I disconnected and reconnected my battery today to perform some electrical work. My car has AFS self adjusting headlights. I have noticed the first drive since disconnecting and reconnecting the battery that the beam patterns from each light do not line up like they did beforehand. One beam is higher than the other and it feels like the left to right alignment is also skewed. My car was parked on a cambered road leaning into the gully with the steering wheel not 100% straight when I disconnected and reconnected the battery. Do you think that has fooled the car and messed up the calibration of the headlights? Any ideas how to recalibrate? Perhaps parking on level ground with the steering wheel straight and taking off the battery once again would cure the problem? Help appreciated. Any other checks or do's and dont's when disconnecting the battery are also appreciated. Thanks Billy
  9. I fitted Michael's kit today. Very pleased and not too much of a task to do either - if you aren't any good with the soldering iron get a mate who is and its a 2hr job max.
  10. Get your head behind the rear hub and turn the disc you will see what I mean. If the scraping is coming from the dust guard then whip the caliper and disc off and give both a good clean up.
  11. Scraping noise at the rear might just be the dust guard. They have a lip on them that slips inside the back of the drum/disc and as this corrodes it expands and rubs. Give that check before getting new rear calipers.....
  12. Take a read here, look for post 8, Michael is your man to message. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/75371-folding-mirrors/ Cheers, spoken to Michael, ordering tomorrow (time differences). Also managed to sell the other one for the 200 today as well £20
  13. Where did you get the auto closure kit? I bought one from a fellow member for my IS200 but did not get round to fitting it. Will it be the same kit?
  14. That's the one I want OEM style with the little bump that goes over the rear Lexus emblem Do you still have a record of the ebay seller at all?
  15. 16. Brilliant.....I had the ISF centre caps on my 11 spoke IS200 wheels - they set me back £60 posted from Japan Great cheap mod will do this if I come to refurb my wheels
  17. Think Ill hold out for a set that need a refurb....here's hoping lol
  18. Your new calipers should cure your issue....though you may need new discs if they have had uneven wear due to calipers
  19. That's ridiculously cheap! Couldn't even get it painted for that here.....
  20. Do you still have a record of the ebay seller that you ordered from so that i can order the same please?
  21. Very innovative, I will try this (though I don't have kids ha)
  22. Whats the ride like on a 40 or even 35 profile?
  23. They look even better! Lexus want £343 per wheel though :-(
  24. Perfect thanks Mouser!
  25. These are D4S replacement bulbs not for Halogen Headlights. I have HIDs as standard and therefore require D4S bulbs.
