  1. A few of the US guys moaning about squeak, but RR took them back and fitted to other cars without squeak. Its down to torqueing up correctly - or so Rafi explained. I have a set ready to go on, just going to ensure my mechanic follows the instructions to a T.
  2. How was fitment around the hub centre? I notice the Eibachs are 60mm vs H&R which are bang on 60.1mm... And you say you would probably get black if there was a next time?
  3. Have been looking into spacers for a few weeks. I was thinking 15mm all around. Agreed front is further under the arch than the rear, but then I thought "must be a good reason for that"....?
  4. If it were me, I would be looking for recommendations of a specialist tuning garage as they are most likely to have the hands on experience swapping headers, exhausts even engines etc.
  5. Put me down for the RR carbon boot spoiler pls. Product Code RCFSPLC001 Though that could dramatically push up shipping so let me know when you come to do the deal 👍🏼
  6. Yes they do I bought mine in a separate order
  7. Yes good point. I think I will ask again as I spoke to them about a year ago so things might have changed. Still, it could be a lot different for ISF vs RCF. Doable, I just dont fancy swapping my ECU worries of other potential side effects.... I could come back to it the next morning and find the steering wheel on the other side! lol
  8. Double check the OBD mapping they offer too as I was told I would need to purchase a US ECU from them in order for their tune to work. They have not attempted to crack EU ECU's - but perhaps they have for ISF... If this is no longer true and I am talking absolute flannel, I would be interested (if possible) in purchasing their RCF remote tune from them.
  9. I'm down. Hopefully I am free on whichever Sat we choose 🙂
  10. Up for that. Boys will always be boys....
  11. Lovely. Definitely sounds "nastier" than the Invidia (in a good way), bet you have been out turning heads all afternoon!? 😄
  12. I would volunteer to organise, but being from Kent I am less familiar with decent locations in Hampshire Surrey etc so....
  13. Of course, I will report back. Going Brands on Monday evening. Fingers and toes crossed, but not hopeful.
  14. Certainly suits me. I wouldn't want it on my doorstep anyway as I wont get to drive the car then 😄
  15. Sounds angry love it! Are you going to get Db tested? I am going to shoot down to Brands Hatch next week to get MSVT to test my car with the Invidia on it. Rather than getting black flagged and wasting money spent, they said I can get tested at my local track and then know whether to book or not. Fingers crossed.
  16. I believe so. I saw a base model RC at Lexus Sidcup and they seemed to have the old 4 pots from the IS350 / GS450 on them so..... he has just painted them obvs.
  17. Congratulations and welcome to the club - you will enjoy the "What is that" looks you are about to get a lot 🙂 I think we are well overdue a South of England meet aren't we? Certainly enough of us...
  18. Ah right yes that’s it, most donuts are a mesh carbon composite type thing. Itll all go on with OEM hardware by the sounds of it 👍🏼
  19. Is that not a donut then no? If not, my bad - it is for the Invidia sorry.
  20. I believe there are donut gaskets in the OEM coupling. When I had a garage fit mine, I didn't give them gaskets and neither did they mention them so likely can be reused. Get yourself some wax onto the carbon tips, will help keep them clean from baked on fumes. The stainless is easy to clean.
  21. Anyone after hard to get parts for their GSF, this salvage shop on ebay seems to have dismantled one [insert sad face] https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/scbcarparts?_trksid=p2047675.m3561.l2563
  22. Agreed it really is much lighter than OEM
  23. That's a good price! Yes QS is "Lexus approved" as such. Before I fitted it I called the warrant company who confirmed warranty unaffected just that rear section of the exhaust is no longer included and if a fault was found to be caused by the aftermarket part, subsequent repairs and parts would not be covered. But that is standard T&Cs anyway. I haven't made the same enquiries with the Invidia as I think that last bit in the standard T&C's will always be an issue. But I am aware of a fellow member having Lexus fit the Invidia for him so.....
