I inherited Pirrelli tyres on the Honda Legend .. 235/50/17 I believe ..... when we bought it .... they had huge longevity BUT were so uncomfortable a ride and I was so glad when the time came to change them ....... first the fronts and then the rears .... to Falken ... much more comfy ride and equally good in the wet etc AND much better pricing too ....... I've only ever kept to standard wheels and therefore 225/60/16 tyres and over the years have found FALKEN to be good all round tyres Malc

but you see, on a good 70mph run, fully laden, the old gal usually gets me 30 mpg ... not so good running locally I admit ... but then i can use the Honda Legend for that . woops, a 3.5 ltr lady that really is a bit of a gas guzzler , comfy but I just can't seem to get the driver seat position as comfy as in my Lexus .... maybe it's me age but it is her ( in doors ) car tho' Malc
