Just returned from a 15 day tour of Scotland, something I've wanted to do for many years since the last in 1995.
Along craggy switchback type tracks and main roads with tiny passing places .... the brakes and power of the 4.0 ltr was incredibly useful.
Stunning and breathtaking scenery and all from the comfort of 2,888 miles in my trusty LS400.
If you're travelling that way then fill-up at Tescos in Dingwall or Inverness where unleaded is a staggering 130.9p ........ in Ullapool I had to pay 149.9p ............. average fuel consumption, well, a brilliant 30.9 mpg !
