  1. Could be partially blocked, try inserting a pin in the nozzle and giving it a bit of a jiggle and see if that helps
  2. Wilko oil really lol wouldn't touch it.
  3. Hi you can also try blue print
  4. Hi they are cheap enough on the bay if no one has one
  5. Hi you will probably have to take the current disc out and write down the disc number(s). and then input it into the Lexus maps update website and see if any current updates are available and then take it from there.
  6. Did it with my first IS 200,pretty straight forward to do to be honest.
  7. Got a pipercross in mine
  8. Just a suggestion try all season tyres,a compromise between summer and winter tyres, currently running vredestein quatrac 3 on my IS 200 and they are pretty good
  9. Will have to have a look at mine when I have a moment,or has someone tried to fit one?is that the only bit of wiring you can find round the dvd module in the boot then?
  10. connect it together then and see if it does, can't do any harm really
  11. Hi has your car got sat nav then?does it work?if its got a corresponding socket it fits into, fit it and see what happens
  12. The black is the master and the grey the valet
  13. Bottom line is the colder it is the higher they rev,and after a few minutes drop to normal
  14. Haha your all getting old then,it's normal guys,my IS200 starts off at about 1500 rpm when cold and then gradually drops to about 650 rpm happy days.
  15. How many miles has it done?and when was it actually due for a change?my bet is it wasn't changed along with all the auxiliary bits etc when it should have been changed-every 60,000 miles or 6 years whichever comes first.
  16. Have you had it properly checked out,the temperature gauge normally takes no longer than a few minutes to get to just under the half way mark, and it shouldn't drop when you have the heaters on - would still say its some sort of thermostat related issue.
  17. The piping would/should go to your wiper jets and your headlight washer jets(assuming you have the headlight ones),you will probably have to take off the passenger side plastic black mudguard/wheel arch protector to see if piping has come loose.
  18. So what makes you think its the bottle itself then?
  19. Hi have you by any chance first checked to see if the hose/pipe is actually attached to the washer bottle?or if there is a split in the piping as it may not necessarily be the bottle itself?.
  20. Good riddance to bad rubbish is my take, too much crap on Tele in the name of entertainment anyway, won't be missing JC or the programme for that matter(lol like a lot of footballers gets he gets paid too much money )
  21. To be honest you won't get much
  22. It won't do any harm, all you do is add it to your old engine old, start the car let it run for 10 to 15 minutes and then drain it oil and replace with new oil, hope this helps.
  23. I notice it say just below the plug and play that "doesn't void factory warranty"so what happens if unlock the navigation controls and as a result of not paying due care and attention one is involved in a crash and it transpired that your controls had been unlocked????just a thought.lol.
  24. Obviously as i assume you already know their figures are not achieved by testing them on real roads, all car 🚗 manufacturers do it(don't know why),so the figures are a bit misleading 😠
  25. Oh well lucky me lol have had two IS's,have had none on either, admittedly gets cleaned(even behind the wheel arches and below the sills)waxed, polished regularly, the main chassis too seems well protected.Hopefully you will eventually find one that ticks all the right boxes for you, happy hunting :-)
