    Lol,not a fan of black wheels either although they do go well with some colours more than others(the in thing at the moment seems to be black wheels irregardless of colour of car) yuck lol

    Hi John sadly I think they stopped making updated discs for the generation 00 sat navs(cd rom based) a while ago and the same will be happening to the generation 01 too soon if not already,hopefully you might be lucky to find someone who has one or one might pop up on the bay

    Hi I see what you mean,am not entirely sure you can,l think the earlier models came with the small remotes and the later models with the controls on the centre console which I have,further more the earlier models had a 5in screen(generation00 sat nav) and the later models a 7in screen(generation 01 sat nav)

    Hi as you mentioned try changing the fob battery,on the other hand if you have the valet key(the grey two buttoned one)try that and see if it works or does same.

    To be on the safe side input you current disc number into the Lexus maps update website and see what the latest version is and how much it cost and take it from there,as you run the risk of getting the wrong one off the bay,hopefully you will then have an idea of the exact ones you need.

    Yes I always use momentum 99 in mine,even introduced a friend who owns a golf v5 to it and he says it quieter and runs smoother.

    Hi,try changing the battery in the key fob if that doesn't work then you might have a dodgy sensor

    If you remove the metal plate held in by two screws at each end and then slide open the slot and then press the eject button for a few seconds(with the ignition on your disc should eject)assuming it is still working

    If you cannot eject disc,how did you remove it manually then?what are the numbers on the disc?

    Yes the revs do go up very slightly when the aircon fan kicks in

    Hi you can have them custom made,try longlife exhausts on the web,or just put in custom made stainless steel exhausts

    There isn't,you will need to drill some holes(which I do not personally recommend)and for the bit that runs along the sills double sided tape.
