    I think the earlier models were HB4's and the later ones H11's as my 250 f sport(facelift with drl) has H11's although some bulbs sites listed it as HB4's

    thanks it's just that I took the scuff plates down my local garage and asked them to sort of test them before I proceed to try and fit them and they wouldn't light up

    personally I don't think there is,as the disclaimer states, I used to be a gold 🥇 member myself but having weighed it up,(my nearest dealer is in Milton Keynes), didn't think it was worth paying almost 40 quid for the privilege

    If you have an OBD reader plug it in and see if it comes up with any error or fault codes and take it from there

    I have a 2012 Lexus IS250 f sport. it has the HDD Navigation system(grace note),is it dealership only updates or can I get the updates elsewhere

    Totally agree with you couldn't have said it any better and furthermore we seem to be over relying on technology where common sense should prevail(another thing that is increasingly in short supply)😊

    As the saying goes,cheap is not always cheerful,had my suspicions as soon as I saw the price,have used my local garage for the last 20 years and will continue to do so 😊
