Was just about to say the same myself especially with hybrids and other cars that have stop start technology,most standard batteries are not up to the job,and the ones that are cost 2 to 3 times the price of standard ones 🤔

Had a similar problem with my girlfriend's corsa where the 7443 dual filament led bulbs would work as drl's but won't when you switched them to parking,in the end fitted normal brighter bulbs instead of leds,I even tried different leds but the results were the same 🙁

Like Rich has just said you are probably better off finding yourself an IS300 which has the 2JZ engine and saving yourself a whole lot of time,money and hassle

The Bay is probably your best bet or you could try a site like lexus parts direct or if you are lucky a member might have a spare one laying around

They don't commonly fail but will do like most things at some point

Unfortunately everything comes at a cost/price,I call it swings and roundabouts,you win some,you lose some and sadly we the consumers seem to have no say in the matter but seem to want more and more of this so called sophistication and technological advancements which we then moan and complain about when the time comes to replace worn and broken parts as they now cost an arm and a leg to fix or replace.On the other hand you could equally say there's a conspiracy to drive out the independent garages especially with the amount of software that goes into modern cars these days and what its cost independent garages to buy and don't be surprised all we will be left in the near future would be just the dealerships☹🤔

Had a look at a gs bulb thread on here and they seem to be D4S bulbs,if the lexus dealership is quoting you an hour's labour,it could be that the bumper has to come off in order to replace the bulb,hope this helps👍

To be honest the choice is yours,I really don't the word hybrid makes any difference to the scumbag trying to steal a cat

Probably a problem with the drivers master control switch especially if the passenger side switch works ok🤔

Unfortunately that seems to be the way things are going,there is a my lexus app you can download and register,this will then show you your car service history etc etc,hope this helps 👍

Silly question but have you got a lock button by any chance,and mistakenly pressed it so all the other windows are locked

Will see if I can get the measurements tomorrow,mine can be manually moved up and down and the headrests can be tilted

That's a bit strange as you would have thought that you would be able to adjust them manually as I can in my is250 f sport,hopefully,fingers crossed, some other members might be able to throw more light on the issue🤞

Have you tried adjusting the headrests manually as I am sure you can 🤔

That's a real shame,and although of very little comfort to you,there are sadly cowboys and rogue traders in most endeavors of life,policemen,politicians,doctors,car dealers,chairmen etc,more a dealership shortcoming than a lexus one 🙁

Does it have a sat nav?and no its not a common problem,only when the wiring has been fiddled with, obviously someone has messed about with yours at some point
