  1. As well as an air filter too lol, although some garages will only change the air filter if they its extremely dirty while others will change them regardless of condition
  2. I agree with you on the reputation bit Roger, with regards to full service I see this as rather subjective as what it includes or does not include varies widely and same with what we expect to be done too, although I would expect it to include an oil filter
  3. No you don't,just enjoy it,however the choice is yours 🙂👍
  4. I personally prefer the 2011 facelift(that's why I have one in USB),don't really mind the fact that you miss out on memory seats, tilting mirrors etc
  5. Have it checked over to find the exact fault, once that has been fixed then regas, otherwise you will end up having to regas twice
  6. It definitely wouldn't be plug and play either and will also need modifying too🤔
  7. In other words you could have it fitted as an optional extra involving extra cost too 😁
  8. Good for you,at the end of the day that's all that matters(its got most of what you want and at good price too).Enjoy 😉👍
  9. Is China really doing anything that England/Britain or America didn't do at some point in their history?slave trade, deliberately drugging its own people, destabilizing governments of other countries etc etc, simple answer is no it's not, does one agree with it?I don't but we live in a hypocritical world. A lot of what we all buy comes from China and will continue to do for the foreseeable future,so do you cut off your nose to spite your face 🤔
  10. Congratulations and welcome to the LOC,hoping you find the forum educational and informative, personally would have gone with a slightly newer model ie 2010 thereby benefitting from the lower tax,£305 rather than £565,but all that matters is you being happy with the car which you definitely are.Furthermore it does seem to be a well looked after car and a low mileage one too, well done 🙂👍👍
  11. Hello, does anyone know if there is a armrest storage organizer for the mk2 IS250 - that fits into the centre armrest storage compartment
  12. It also won't help much if your battery is well past it sell by date, bought the AA one myself a few weeks ago just to keep my battery topped up as I only use the car occasionally at the moment
  13. Unfortunately Steve these mistakes do happen, hopefully you will eventually get what you ordered and will be able to carry on with your seat repair etc, good luck and all the best 🙂👍
  14. Congratulations Trevor and welcome to the LOC,hoping you find the forum educational and informative 🥳👍
  15. Paresh and I bought the f sport gear knob off you,put the cars registration into the Vosa website and you can see for yourself,I did out of curiosity earlier today and that's how I found out👍👍
  16. Seems Dougie's old car is alive and kicking, mot'd till Oct 2020 and taxed till December 2020,so must have been repaired and put back on the road 🤔
  17. Something like simoniz back to black trim protector would do okay, not overly expensive either, there are also lots of other similar products out there🙂👍
  18. Hello Joe and welcome to the LOC,hoping you find it informative and educational, not a bad looking car for its age 👍
  19. Same here, how diesels apparently pollute less than petrol I will never understand,I have even asked a few mot testers who don't understand either(nor the tax classification's either),a lot of politics involved too🤔
