  1. Adobe Photoshop Elements is very good for home use.
  2. Fantastic ! :D Uprated ARBs really are the dogs, aren't they ? An awesome mod. So, what's next ?
  3. That does sound like a good deal. My local Lexus dealer wanted over £300 just to paint and fit a front skirt !
  4. I'll be joining the M4 at Bracknell. Probably in a Yaris rather than my Lex though :( . Have to think about what time to go. Anyone else thinking of coming on the day ? Sounds like it should be a great show ! :D
  5. Yeah, course it is, if a charger can be fitted at JAE (last year) then I'm sure a boost gauge should be no problem !
  6. You don't have that boost gauge connected yet, do you ?
  7. Parts Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but be careful on that though, parts from one head unit (there are several variants) may well not work in another.
  8. Try here for parts info, if you haven't already.
  9. He's not a Gold member so he wouldn't be allowed to sell stuff.
  10. My recommendation is just to look for some for a good price (i.e. cheap !). I suspect they're likely all to be pretty similar in quality. Not sure if members here have really had them long enough to have a good idea of reliability over time, but failure doesn't seem to be a common issue (touch wood !). If you can find some with slim ballasts then they will take up even less room under the engine bay (an advantage on the passenger side where it's much tighter for space), but they could be harder to find and more expensive. Aztecbandit1 did find some Phillips slim ones on eBay for a good price.
  11. LOC sells caliper stickers. Previously I used to recommend eBay for the curved ones (for the front caliper), but now Steve can make them curved too. Send him a PM.
  12. This could turn into a classic, I wonder how many hilarious answers we can gather from him if we ask questions ?
  13. The listing clearly says "Complete assembly with hinge and bracket" so if that's not what turned up, then IMHO the item clearly isn't as described in the listing. I also would have assumed that the picture was more a guide to condition than an inventory of parts. As Stav says, start a dispute with eBay and make it clear that it's not as described in the listing.
  14. Doh ! I accidentally used a double negative before, now edited to say what I meant
  15. It's all a big con. The government still gets the tax and VAT charged on the new car. You'd still be better off buying a nearly-new car than a new one with the scrappage (hate that word) allowance in most cases.
  16. A bit late in the day perhaps, but I hope it has been a good one !
  17. The C-Ones are very similar in the extra stiffness given (TRD = +49% front +99% rear, C-One = +60% front +100% rear) and are cheaper (£401 from Prolex). Edit - said the wrong thing before, I meant to say I think they're overpriced on eBay.
  18. For what sort of usage ? Professional or home ?
  19. Turbo'ing your Lex won't make financial sense in terms of the bang for your buck. But how much do you like/love the car ? Money isn't the only factor, it depends on your heart as well as your head. Which one will win ? Only you can decide that one ! :D
