I don't think you're going to be able to feel any difference with strut braces outside of a race track. But you will notice a huge difference with uprated ARBs, they're the best mod on your list there.
As for lowering springs vs coilovers, well there are pros and cons. Lowering springs will be cheaper, but then will still be using your existing shocks (which maybe worn, don't know how many miles/kms they've done). With coilovers you'll be able to adjust ride height which you can't with the springs. With coilovers many let you adjust damping too, which again you can't with the standard springs/shocks.
