  1. I'd get that looked at. I was on the motorway the other day and my is300h is quieter than the last lexus I had and that was quiet. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  2. I got this car roughly 3k cheaper because it was repossessed by finance company from the previous owner. Then £250 for the second hand nav unit. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  3. Bloody lexus..... They gave the individual pressures in the cluster to more recent buyers of the same car. Little things like that bug me. My car came with no sat nav. They reckon it couldn't be added afterwards. Guess what... It can and was (by me) , small ecu update made it all work OEM style. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  4. They don't display in the cluster on my 2014 is300h, and I don't think anything is in the manual about displaying the individual pressures,. Just the warning light. I think displaying the pressures on the cluster came in more recent models. Although I would like to hear the same from someone who has the exact same model and year as mine. Anyway, a guy at the tyre place had to check each wheel by holding a close proximity tpms tool. One didnt read and the other 3 did. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  5. That's very true. I was resetting mine with techstream and for a day or so the tpms would not illuminate when the car was running. Until day 2 then it would flash for a few minutes and stay lit constantly. This would go on until I next reset it. Then the same repetition would start again. I got the suspect faulty sensor changed. And the garage told me the car will learn about the new sensor. Tripe. A week later still hadn't changed the behaviour. Perhaps on some cars that might be the case and works!? I don't know. Certainly my car wasn't learning any such thing. Out came techstream and I inputted all sensor id 's into techstream wizard, it finally accepted all and the new tpms ID values and since then no issues. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  6. If you have an is300h the button is on the steering column. About a foot down from the wheel. I think the button has to be pressed after engine off turn to IGN then hold button for about 3 to 5 seconds. I've had tpms issues had to fix with techstream though to add new sensor. Good luck Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  7. I just mentally ticked off all the stuff I can do (and did) when servicing my is220d for the last 10 years. **** I've saved a right packet over the years in the 220d. I think I will be doing my is300h service. £600 buys a lot of oil and parts - not just inspections. I'm not fussed about stamping books when I don't intended to sell the car for a long time. I have tech docs., techstream and the know how to do most of the service / renew parts. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5b6a18f1cda1b/Lexus%20-%20Full%2040%2C%2060%2C%2080%20Service%20Summary%200518.pdf Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  8. This was what I ordered. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  9. And if you do phone the dealer please ask how much a 60k service is and report back please. I'd be interested to compare Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  10. Hi. I have just booked mine in for 60,000 mile service and it's £625. Booked in for next month. Debating to do it myself. Since I serviced my last lexus for 10 years. My only concern would be the hybrid battery cover but still its a lot of money. I might see what it would cost to do it myself and go from there. Like to know what you get quoted. 11. Hi. The parts haven't arrived yet since I live in the UK and had to order them from USA. Courier tracking states they will be here this week but not sure when. When they do arrive i will be on the job. At the moment working on remote start project, since us UK people can't have enform and remote start from lexus in the UK for some reason. So I will build my own. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  12. You could use this site and get the exact part number for the mirror. It's subscription based. I've used it for all manner or solving issues myself. Dealers too expensive in my view. https://www.lexus-tech.eu/OnlineSubscriptions.aspx Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  13. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F232754651556 I just bought these. I will be Fitting next week. Anyone know if the is300h has the connector (but unused on some models as I thinks it’s optional) for the milliwave radar that sits behind the badge at the front. so far I have bought and fitted Sat nav unit (the car didn’t have sat nav - but my is220d had it so was a must) and updated the ecu to find then utilise it. I’ve fixed Tpms issues with techstream and re-seeded the ecu‘ so I could add a second key bought off eBay. Turning into a project than a buy and drive lol. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks. That's actually pretty much the same as mine which I'm pleased about. So the only issue I have is range mileage displaying nothing. It may need time to calculate that I'm guessing 100 miles in its still blank. So I will give or more time. Unless someone knows different. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  15. I have techstream. The milegage is infact coded to one single eeprom. But that was only part of the problem, when I got the car it had all manner of issues. Probably caused by tampering and not knowing how to correct ***** ups. The main issues I still have are....techstream cannot reseed the ecus so I can add another key fob (i have only one working fob). The reseed or 'smart key reset' or 'entry/start reset' is missing when in techstream. So that's an issue since the spare key I bought has 'been coded to another car' or so techstream tells me anyway. Reseed the only way, if I only could find and then start the reseed process. And can added newly fitted tpms to the car. Fails when typed in last one and press enter. Not sure what to do on that one. 16. Hi. The mileage was stuck when I got the car, not moving a bit, although the trip counters did. which I've now corrected. To be honest I don't know what might be missing from the instrument panel having never had an f sport before. But testing during trying to correct the mileage made things come on and off like check lda and check pcs. Easy because the car doesn't have those features. I guess seeing a normal working dash would be a start to compare Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
