    Yes I agree, some good quality silicone sealant. I must have been lucky when I did my rear dash cam it never broke thank goodness lol

    Fair enough just that I read on another forum someone having gear change issues after tightening it, I assume too tight!

    Its okay I got it sorted, looks like its a common issue. For anyone else that comes across the issue - the leather boot can be pushed down, it clips into the gear knob. The gear knob then can be screwed off anti clockwise, put some locking pliers on the bottom of the metal gear shift stick with some fabric or cardboard between the jaws so you dont damage it, put the gear knob back on and screw on till its straight whilst also holding the locking pliers to counteract the force. Push the leather boot back up into place. Done.. Cheers.

    Hi folks, Today my drive shift gear knob went loose on my 2018 RX450h, its not falling off but its turning and it shouldnt be. I live 200+ miles from a lexus dealership and wont see one till October, does anyone have any idea how to tighten it? Thanks, Steve.

    Hey folks, I'm trying to make use of the connected services of my 2018 RX450H, it asks me to enter a username & password, when I say I dont have one it asks me to go to www.my.lexus.eu. That website no longer works so has anyone got any idea how to get it working? Thanks, Steve.

    Hello, I ran an IS200 with TTE supercharger kit for years without any issue at all, only pain was that I had to run it on super unleaded. Loved the car, miss it lol Sorry but no experience with the rank one kit though 😞

    Hello, When I bought my RX450h it said on the advertisement that it has "adaptive front lighting system", I havent noticed anything special apart from the main beam automatically going on and off sometimes. Is there anyway I can tell if my car has the adaptive high beam or just the automatic high beam system? This is what my headlight look like if it helps? Thanks

    No I don't, they seem a bit thick to be sills hmm I did order rubber floor mats but if it's anything to do with that I have no idea where they could go, I'm puzzled. There's 2 small parts and one long part

    Hello, I'm going to be picking up my 2018 RX 450H next week and thought I'd order a boot liner to keep the boot clean. Well I'd normally go to ebay and pick one up no problem but for some reason I'm struggling, does anyone know where I can get one? Same sort as below. Thanks!

    Thanks thats a fair point, there are two photos of the front and its not lit on either photos so hmmm I guess i'll have to wait and see - im buying the car remotely - at least from a Lexus dealership so im confident they'll sort it out if it is an issue. Cheers.

    Hello, I'm just about to buy a 68 plate RX450h and I've noticed on one of the photos of the car that the front nearside DRL isn't on, does anyone know if it's a feature of some sort or is it an issue I need to raise with the dealer? Thanks!
