i personally dont have any experience, however i do get talking alot with the delivery drivers we get, van/truck/lorry/articulate lorry. Alot of them dont actually like the company they work for as they get worked hard and treated like disposable gloves. finishing early afternoon is nice(cant always), but remember you need to wake up very early.
some say it doesnt leave much time for a social life as they get very tired

i ban Lexus2D for giving me an epileptic fit with his signature!

the tibet issue started when china won the bid some years ago. but as usual tv only reports about it at the worst point.
i think i was peev'd yesterday from what i saw on dispatchers
-
has anyone seen the Frosties advert based in Tibet?
pretty bad taste and timing in my opinion. especially after watching the dispatchers program on tibet.
i really hope it gets pulled, as i'd be very ****** off if i was from tibet!

go for the 530d if you can, i love them to bits, so much torque!(sport models) although the st tdci also has bags of torque too...

my drivers rear has decided to stick(abit), the rear need new pads and discs anyway.
i read about people changing some sort of pin... does anyone have a part number? and whats the pin called?
one more thing... the rear brake disc looks like it has a drum mounted onto it. if i buy mintex rear discs will they have the drum thing attached?
thanks!

if i see it again, i'll let you know.
best of luck

congrats on the new car.
although mines a petrol, its quiet form the inside, also when the fan runs. soon as i open the door with the fan running sounds like a monster. just shows how well the cabin is sound proofed. :)

yesterday night i went to lakeside to pick the miss up from work. this was roughly 9:48pm. take off the a13 (east bound) slip road, approach 1st roundabout and i see to hoody kids behind the barrier. as i go around i hear a massive bang. when i pull over i checked the car around and thought thank ****** nothings damaged...
then i looked at the roof
dent plus 6 scratches showing a naked gs. :tsktsk:
phoned the police but not much can be done unless they are caught. even then wheres the proof? i cant ID them 100%
i've taped over the bare metal to help stop rusting. on wednesday im going to a body shop to get a quote.
happy easter! :shutit:

my primera had this problem when it rained very hard (only happend once though). it would turn/start then die. my girlfriends almera did the same. she couldnt get it going, i told her to floor it and start. sorted it out!
im guessing the exhaust filled with water and needed it kicking out.
-
i'd guess 17 or so seconds standard. i'd be happy with 17 in my gs :)

my previous car:

had a 1.6 primera before that

if its reliability your after surely the 220d isnt the way to go? im basing this totally on the amount of problems people have with them on the forum

please dont listen to the people that say "its just a **** underneath" most cars are owned/share chassis or parts from another car/manufacturer.
the 93 is a great car, you can chuck them about and power delivery is good. i personally would go for the 93 hatchback aero or viggen if you can find one. they are lighter and have more power, plus its chain driven(just one thing less to think about)
saab were the first company to introduce turbos to cars, turbo lag is minimal they have a lot of experience. the engine is in house by saab.
end of the day its up to you, drive the car, if you like it buy it but DON'T let anyone put you off cars they have stereotypes of.
HIRCSH is the tuning company of saab, as bmw have M, nissan have nismo etc.
