im inside the car when i try this, on one lock it opens, on 2 locks(presses) it still opens :(

I was testing out the standard alarm so tried the dead locks... which i cant get working :shutit:

i've locked it, then pressed the lock again at which point it will flash again and i can hear the locks make a sound. but the doors open anyway...

is there a delay like the alarm? (once the red light goes away) the dead locks activate?

how do you guys/gals get them to work?

those sister companys have made billions in profit, then on top £638million just from adverts. had they not made those adverts they'd have less money and would not be worth as much if they have to sell.

either way any bank going down is bad news even if you dont bank with them. i personally doubt they will go under like northern rock, they are quiet big.

i've had an idea of stripping a standard rear light and inserting a strip of led's for all sections... may give it a try

eBay! £38 posted. theres some on eBay.com which work out slightly more after p&p. rare site on eBay uk so i nabbed them.

they do not go on when i brake, as for outer led's i've not really seen any i like.

i ban spikes as i had to clear out the cellar after work, take rubbish out to the skip, clean my tank and now only do i get to sit down and watch family guy. Plus i have to go to work

i had a toad ai606 on my old car, made a beep beep sound, but i much prefer the *ouipp ouipp*! like those in fast and furious movies. i even liked the horn like on american cars, they werent a full horn, more of a soft honk

once in a morrison car park, car would not respond at all after i parked up. after the shopping still nothing. it was fine with me turning the key. got home and it worked fine. it happens to my dads carina too. after some button bashing and pointing it sorts it out.

there must of been something blocking the signal at that point.

if your going to change your system, theres no point trying to sort this out.

my aerial use to change lengths as i skipped through stations, but since installed my pioneer system, it does not. reception is good wherever.

im not sure what you mean by putting the spark plugs in the correct way.... i've not touched the engine of my gs, but previous cars i've worked on was a simple clockwise turn till tight

do the plugs have the correct gap?

sounds like the engine is flooded. have you tried to give it a little gas when starting?

where abouts in the UK are you?
