entrance and exit pipes are 55mm diameter the intercooler dimensions are : height 135mm length 615mm overall 430mm for the cooling surface width 55mm

rears no fitted, rebound set to middle, stiffness set to 2/3 the car now reacts well and still is comfortable, I just have to try to lower it more on the rear

I just read the post, I glad you and your son ar ok Marcus. :) I feel for your car and hope it will be fixed but if I were the inspector, I would write it off, there are too much damage for the car to be really safe again, moreover with a turbo.

there are 4 clips that around the grill's top there is a screw on each corner the hold it to the front wings and there are about 8 screws under + the fogs connectors

I have fitted the front ones, first impression is they are damn soft, even with all set to the hardest :(

dealt with them on 2003 and 2004, no complaint, Steve answered quickly each of my mails and I received the parts 2 weeks after I ordered

Thanks Scarface, I think calipers will go gold :) AD77, I have white ones but I am not sure I want to put them on Dave, thanks mate, the crazy french man has lots of things to do before JAE, I am not sure I will have timtoo as it is the rush at work :( coilovers installation, manifold change, supercharger installation, new complete paint ...

Tyres are good Dave, they are 3 monthes old :P I may have to change them at the end of summer, the car likes to slide in the roundabouts Pads form Prolex, £67 for front and back and discs from TDi , purchased 18 monthes ago when a GB was organized, I don't remember the price, about £400 for the 4 BTW, I am thinking of painting thecaliper in gold too. Do you think it would look good or would it be too much gold ?

looking at the disc after a week of use, it seems the spring make the pad apply on its whole surface and not only the top of it

The Mintex pads had no springs. What I don't understand is there was a spring only on the left side pads, not on the right ones. I don't have anything left or lost, it was not there when I opened the caliper What I would like to know is if it will damage the disc / pads not to have it ?

I would like to but it's been a year the DBA Gold discs were under my bed

I have just changed my front brakes and I have found that the right hand side had not the little spring between the pads. Is it necessary to have one or should I leave it has it is and it has been for about 3 years at least ?
