  5. mine was 148.2 at the fly. with standard airbox and fully decatted exhaust. Then 186.7 at the fly with the SC and the standard TTE airbox but done on a rolling road with the 19" wheels. Your figures seem a bit low but it may just be because of the auto gearbox or because your intake only get hot air
  6. You should ask a dealer
  7. I don't think the Bosch would suit as they are not Iridium
  8. I think as Gord, coilovers are around £1000. A supercharger is £4000 from TTE. Price wise it is not comparable. I would personnaly go for the coilovers cause even with the SC, you would not be able to follow a standard VR6.
  9. What is the mileage of the stock shocks, they may just be worn
  10. I have had this problem for 3 years now, since I removed the main cat. The fault codes are always the same car is runing too rich

  12. mine is from 01/2000 It says 2001 because manufacturers had to be compliant from 2001 in the US but Toyota and others used it from 1996
  13. if you lose the settings when you turn ignition off that means you are powered via the ignition not the permanent +12V
  14. I must be cursed, I can not make this one I have to go at Doncaster for work :(
  15. There is no problem so. Get 19x8 for the front and 19x9.5 for the rear
  16. ELM327 is the chipset so any box using it should be OK. here is the one I bought, got it 24 hours later :)
  17. I have no idea. Afaik the IS has no CAN so it should work fine. I bought the ELM327 because it was the top end one but looking at ELM website I would say the 323 should do the job.
  18. Yes you can have real time readings :)
  19. Yes they are the ones. Highly recommended :)
  20. 8.5 should fit with ET45, only issue is that you will not be able to turn full lock as your tire will hit the inside arch. To be safe you have to use 225 max in front
  21. I have an ELM327 with USB interface, I bought it from Gendan, they do a pack with the software wich is quite good but you can get free ones from Internet
  22. 1) yes it is a great improvement 2) mine do because the car is too low nd they hit the chassis on hard turns 3) the Hotchkiss cost me $350 delivered from l-tunedparts they are adjustable as the Eibach but stiffer (150% compared to OEM) 4) yes it is a must with lowered suspension They are really easy to install, took me 1 hour to fit both, just get some WD40 on the bolts before. Hotchkiss ones come with new bushes and grease flagon
  23. I use my laptop and an OBDII reader. Never heard of the paper clip method on the IS
  24. Beware if you want to have parts painted, there are about 26 shades of 1C0 between each Toyota/Lexus models, Bring the car to the body shop for them to get the right shade ;)
