hi all i tried to search but as 3 letter words can't be searched for found it bit hard lol
i wanna convert my aristo dials to the gs300 ones so that when i delimit the car i can do more than the 180kph without risking damage to the dials,
has anyone done this?
is it just a case of finding the dials an the drive from the gearbox an swapping them in or is it more involved??????
Man,,, i hope the traffic enforcers don't catch you doing that speed. i could loose my license for 6 months to a year if i get caught driving at the speed here in New Zealand..

haven't owned or test driven an is200 or a VW but If you are so worried about the fuel consumption on the IS200, then you should equally be worried about the higher cost of maintenance of a VW it being a european car.

I agree with DJ Wozza, uninstall your MSN, scan for viruses, the reinstall MSN back. But if i were you, i would start backing up my files just in case. I had a similar problem using yahoo messenger and these trojans aren't easy to remove. SOme of them hides in the root directory and will stay dormant till they get triggered. Good Luck!

on a serious note, i've been using a silicon spray to darken my tyres and it normally lasts for about 1-2 months.

Google here too!!!
i wonder how many members actually looked for a website just to know more about their car and not because of a problem??
just a thought

Hi, i just bought my pride and joy 2002 ES300 2 weeks ago but unfortunately, it is now back at the car yard's garage getting fixed (well i hope it does). The problem started a week ago where my car just would not start back even after 10 seconds of the engine being turned off and tried to restart.
The engine would start if you leave the car idle for a few hours (normally 6-8 hrs) but once you get it started and you decide to turn the ignition off, there is a great chance that the car will not start back.
The engine, when not starting, don't even do the kee-kee-kee sound.
is it the Battery? don't think so..
starter? maybe
immobiliser? don't think so
electrics? perhaps.
any mechanics around?? thanks
