  1. Cool, glad it is sorted B) Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  2. Sounds like the permanent and switched 12v on the autoleads harness are the wrong way round (the red and yellow connections), just switch them round and it should be good to go. Either that, or you don't have the permanent 12v connected. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  3. Nice job B) The black walnut trim would work well with the perforated leather. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  4. HID lamps will take a short time to fully brighten when first switched on too (a second or two) Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  5. The white and black wire should be ground, but you can just connect to the car body instead (that is all the harness wire will be doing a short distance away). Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  6. Just worked ok for me on my iPhone. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  7. Yeah, this so true depending on which one is buggered. The airflow direction servo is a different one to the temperature one (albeit a flap is probably involved somewhere as well). On my GS430, the air flow direction servo went (changed it last week) and that did make a clicking noise sometimes, but not every time. If you are needing to change one, be sure to search fleabay by part number once you've found the right one. Second hand servos were expensive for the GS430, but they are the same part number as the IS200 one, which were much cheaper ;) I'm sure later models would share these types of components as well. 8. Yeah, they look smart :) Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  9. Could be the servo motor that controls the temperature. Maybe playing up and giving up the ghost when it gets warm. Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  10. Any pics of them fitted? Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  11. Great stuff B) Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
  12. That was never the case in the past. Although not all dealers would give discount, so it does seem like they make their own interpretations.
  13. Does it still brighten and dim with the adjuster?
  14. Nice job B)
  15. Isn't there four, two pre-cats and two post-cats?
  16. Did you get the owners manual from Steve, or do you need the pdf still?
  17. I've got a pdf of the manual if that helps too.
  18. As above.
  19. Also check for any water in the plug wells. Easily done by over enthusiastic cleaning or work on the cooling system. Keep in mind the plug change is not as simple as most cars as the inlet manifold doubles back over the top of the engine. Some extra stuff has to come off to get to all the plugs.
  20. Is the fan not working, or not directing to where it should? Next step would be checking wires I suspect.
  21. Worth checking for sticking front calipers and/or slide pins.
  22. Cool. For info though, you can pop out the nav unit and connect a non nav heater control. I've tested this as I have a standard unit ready for when I ditch the factory nav unit for a double din aftermarket stereo.
  23. I'm sure I had some, but I'm buggered if I can find them now.
  24. Apologies for the cr4p pics, was easier to photo on the iPhone and upload in tapatalk than faff on the laptop.
  25. Heater relay is in the kick panel Also, to check out the blower controller, that is located near the blower as best as I can tell. And test procedure
