  1. If you can see and adjustable steering wheel knob (from pics) that means it has premium leather pack iirc.So that means memory seats and heat/cool function
  2. I have an F sport and the salesman told me that memory seats is part of an optional pack. I think premium leather or something.
  3. I use a magnetic air vent button that clips on the air vent, and I use a slim magnetic case . Holds it well Samsung S8+ so its not exactly a small phone!
  4. Wow never seen red on red before.. Dealer must be bending over backwards for a sale!
  5. Hi mate, Auto or Manual? Has it had the filter and ATF changed ever? Anyway, this is generally for 3rd gen IS topics and there is an IS200 section when you click on 'Forums'
  6. Friend from China.. Car is IS200T however he had other things in mind if you look closer...
  7. Haven't looked at in depth but normally there should be a diagram of the pinout numbers on the female side of the plug?
  8. I find it hard to believe the piston in the caliper has seized - Overkill if you ask me, to replace the entire caliper. Try a reliable independant to 'clean' up the brakes and see what happens. On a side note, I upgraded my 300H brakes for the same price using the GS/IS3500 4 piston caliper along with brembo pads and ATE discs (from 296mm diameter to 342mm!) If you want to go the original route import from Japan even with paying duties etc its alot cheaper than Lexus UK
  9. Depends where the 'fault' is mate. Might not be faulty and the caliper sliders could do with just a clean. I would try that first. Normally this is the case. *fingers crossed* I doubt if the piston itself has seized.. You would know this once you have the wheels and pads out.
  10. People tend to use double sided tape from the 2nd Gen versions of the IS and to compliment the "aluminium" look the foot rest from the RCF or GSF are also 'double sided' on
  11. Best bet mate to get access to diagrams is to use Lexus Techdocs (have to pay for sessions) but its useful to screen grab the stuff you need as I believe you cannot 'save'. https://www.lexus-tech.eu/
  12. If youre old like me Fast Lane and Performance Car were the best I've read.. Thats how I got into cars at a very young age as my uncle used to give me his copies when he was finished with them.
  13. Bring back Chris Goffey and WIlliam Wollard lol *old age alert*
  14. Devils advocate - I don't find The Grand Tour engaging either?! Too scripted imo
  15. For me the winter time I'm averaging around 42mpg, in the summer I'm probably hitting 45mpg or so
  16. No ashtray mate. In fact theres not a huge amount of storage in the 3IS unfortunately...
  17. Theres 2 in the rain sensor part.. the black square is for the wipers and theres a tiny lens underneath that. Lexus tested these components as I was having "blue sky syndrome" with my auto setting as they were activating in really bright weather.
  18. Indulge me as I can only see a speaker by the drivers A pillar?
  19. Yes it works in collaboration for 2 functions. To sense check the auto climate setting i.e. I think fan speed and also for the headlight sensor. It gives off different voltages 0-5V depending on intensity.
  20. That sensor is dual function, just like the Hondas. Technology nothing special there.. Also the auto headlight main sensor is by the rear view mirror.
  21. Auto Climate depends on 3 sensors - Outside ambient (which shoild be ok), Solar/Sun ray sensor (this measures the intensity of the sun, sensor is by the windscreen heater vents (passenger side) and looks like a little black dome and you'll also have a cabin sensor which is by the left hand panel under the steering wheel (its like 2 or 3 slits in that panel) and depending how old the car, it could have got dusty, you will need to take that panel off and get to the sensor behind it and lightly vacuum it out as dust etc gets in there. if all else fails Solar/Sun ray sensor could be iffy.
  22. Engine bay I believe on the right hand side next to the fuse/relay box
  23. Exactly what I want to do buddy.. However these OEM Bridgestones are like Termintor tyres.. They never wear! lol I've used the asymmetric range for all of my cars and cannot wait to the 3's on the IS.
  24. IS300H comes with an AWD variant in Japan only..
