    Well as the title states i was robbed on sunday night ,A total of £1600 was drawn on my card in a two hour period ,luckily my wife spotted it early monday and was able to cancel the card .Have not got a clue how the robbing :tsktsk: got the detail as always use secure sites etc .So everyone be warned if you use your card for internet buying check you statements carefully as you never know who is next.

    I totaly agree with the wheel noise i have pirrelis on mine and have the same noise and was told by my dealer the same thing .The noise on mine nearly went as my older tyres wore down but had a new set fitted a month ago and it came back.

    Thats good news hope you got what you wanted for it .Mine will be going up for sale soon as new house on the horizon and i need to pull the reins in and buy something a bit more economical :)

    Should have added really that most of the places that fit these tyres are back street types and it as at your peril to trust them .I know the people at the place i used to use when i needed tyres for a car i was selling so it was not an issue .Have to say though if some one can afford £4000 chromes then they should be able to get decent tyres to go on them.

    Most part worn tyres are imported from abroad from countries that change their tyres for the winter months and are not always dangerous .I have used part worns for years without any problems and although would not use them now due to the fact i can afford new ones would rather have a good brand part worn than some of these crap budget tyres and remoulds that are on the market.

    Its the 4x4's that make me laugh they drive in the snow at silly speeds then relise that the brakes are the same as evryone else's the amount of 4x4 i see crashed at the side of the road because they think they are invincable.

    Any body know how the americans do it is it car related ,do they have problems with uninsured drivers like us .And what are there premiums compared with ours do they have to pay over the odds

    So are the people who say they would never drive with no insurance saying if it got to 5k they would pay it or simply not drive, as i for one could not aford 5k but have to drive to earn a living so would be very tempted .

    I am not fussed any one of them dates is good.might even bring the little wife and the little people this time .

    Made the mistake last night of going to whistable at 6.00pm took me 6 hours to do a journey that usely takes 2 hrs .And today had to go down the lanes at dover they had snow drifts about 3 foot high .thank *** it is thawing now :)

    I agree being self employed and driving a long wheel base van it just lose's me money .different story for the kids though they pray for it

    I would leave it in a shed or garage and tape up the live terminal just in case of accidents .

    tyre size 225/55 R16 94V wheel size 16x7 1/2 JJ took this from my manual so should be right

    The air conditioning will not work if the outside temp is lowered down to 0 c(32f).so will work above zero .

    Yes you can remove it but heater will probaly blow cold so unless you are still in spain not a good idea in our currant climate

    I was behind one of these in black about an hour ago .lovely car .rear lights were damm bright though had to put me sun visor down
