  2. yep it was thirsty i remeber that but a very underated car ,2.5 v6 was one of the smoothest i have had just let down by the auto box ,manual version was nice though and still looks good now ,
  3. i like that one but its been done right ,the one i see was at that kieghley import place i tried to find the link but had no luck ,it is the nastiest looking ls400 i have ever seen :P
  4. i agree with maneesh buying an ls400 on a budget is not a good idea and will cost you bucks if you buy one at 4k unless you get lucky but even then it will cost in the long run ,what about a gs300 they are much cheaper to repair and i would think easier to work on yourself , you still get lexus luxury but with out the big bills .
  5. job for a pro ,had the same thing two weeks ago but mine was a foot long and four inches wide made by another car yours looks like its been done by a jealous git with a key.give chips away a ring i think they charge about £60 a panel
  6. I like the look of the RX-8 and prefer it to the nissan style wise but would think the nissan a better buy for resale value in years to come ,have a feeling people will still be weary of the engine's of past and steer clear ,I was always a fan of the MX-6 and although it never had the ****el engine i thought the styling was very modern for it's time ,had three of them and only problems were the auto boxes .As for the crossfire they do look nice but its a chrysler so enough said
  7. I agree with you i see one the other day on the toyota owners club that had rear pipes the size of dustbins and was customized to the extreme it was realy tastless ,it was for sale at some garage .
  8. sounds like a great deal :) ,Not the fastest car about 0-60 in 8 secs i think but very smooth ,not sure on this one but might be due for a cambelt on that miles .
  9. Steve is the speedo in mph as it sure reached 100 quickly
  10. It's hard to tell to be honest i would say part of the shelf but i could be wrong as it sits on it not in it
  11. Its in the rear shelf very long and thin led type light ,don't think the sport came with one on the spoiler ,i have the origonal brochure and it is in the rear shelf. just looked through the GS gallery and there is a couple of cars with the brake lights in the spoiler ,so as tim750r said you have a choice
  12. flashed at a car down a country lane to turn down hes full beam a few weeks ago only to have my way blocked by the car and 3 big pikeys jump out in the middle of a country lane ,threatend to kick me ed in bruther etc and then pointed out to me that there was no way out ,luckily in me van and went cross country for a few hundred yards across the side of a field ,have to admit i was **** scared and glad to get out of thier way .Don't think i'll be flashing me lights at anyone for a while
