    just a thought but some times you have to have car in certain gear etc to check levels ,have you checked your manual for the proper procedure

    i know the power steering pump leaking is a common problem,and the others don't sound to painfull apart from the stalling .i wouldent say you,ve bought a dog and there are many people on this site who can recommend places to source cheap parts etc ,toyota/lexus main dealers do go over them very thoroughly and find things that others would not thats how they make there money ,have you thought about taking it to a non main dealer to do the cambelt etc would save you a few quid.is there any service history with the car to back up the mileage

    maz if you have kept a record on how much you have spent just add the price of this to the price of a standerd is200 of your year etc and this will give you the value .as this is how much it will cost you to replace it if it go's missing etc

    i would think mostly main dealer parts and will set you back the best part of £2500 if not more .the wheels and tyres will be about £1200 on there own .i think there was a group buy on the front grille but not sure if it is still on

    now thats a shocker a s/c is200 keeping up with a focus rs ,would have thought the rs would have left you standing ,makes me want to stick a turbo or nos on mine even more now

    you must use the air con regulary or the seals perish ,but it will still need regassing every now and then

    no need to worry ,as i said the sport has not always got it on the log book ,i did the same thing even phoned the dealer saying they had ripped me of ,the problem is they were all registered as normal cars and then turned into sports after they get here,Chassis numbers will not tell you the only way to tell is to phone some of the dealers that have serviced it from the log book ,and while you have them on the phone clarify the service history,phone the owner and ask for the numbers etc and check it before you pick it up

    They are stickers and if you have small children like me they tend to pull them off , i have just seen my second set go from sport to ort in a couple of weeks keep meaning to get some exteriour ones in vinyl.

    kwick fit for me four pirrelli p zero's to fit sport 18's £400 all in ,just haggle a lot and tell them you can get them cheaper elsewere they soon come down in price ,mine started of at over £600.If i had bought these tyres with mytyres .com it would have cost me £620 plus fitting at about £20 per tyre
