why would you need a new sump, exhaust box and oxygen sensor,and oil pump,did it damage them all

Sounds like a good price to me ,i think with less miles you would be paying more money.In fact sounds quite cheap with sat nav .

i like them ones they look like they have always been there ,it's the stick on ones that don't look right .Craig if you can make em look like that with a tub of filler and a spray can you can do mine as well -
As i recall craig not that cheap did they not cost you the price of a bath as well :P

Duncan i have two mates who both have done nearly 100k hassle free miles in peugeot HDi ,s with no major problems .they are a realy nice van and as i said earlier they are very quick for a van ,if its reliabilty you are after i would go for the peugeot HDi but the connect wins it for looks .

have you thought about the renault traffic ,now thats a nice looking van .i have the renault master and have done 15,000 miles with out a problem

yep bazza is right the toyota is a lovely van ,out of the two you mention i would go for the transit connect just because it looks better ,the Peugeot has got the better engine though if you go for the HDi it go,s like stink as well

I think you answered your own question ,leave it alone or you will just give yourself a big headache ,if you get that bit to fit it will probaly not fit elsewere . It might be worth asking if they fitted a lexus part or a pattern part ,and yes i know it should be a lexus part from a lexus garage but i have seen first hand how some garages cut corners and i bet if a pattern part is available it is a lot cheaper than the original.Also did the car have a shunt and if so has any thing else been damaged that is affecting the fit of the new bumper that has not been seen .

my father in law did not buy an is200 because of this ,we went to lexus tonbridge and all of the cars he looked at had this problem ,He used to spray cars so it realy put him of ,not sure why they were like it but some were worse than others and none were the sport model.

As far as i know you only had a choice of grey dash and grey leather ,or starsky and hutch style brown dash with creamy/brown leather .not sure if they did a black leather as i have never seen it
