Bet you get 8K for it ,It has the rare 10" rears its a good colour and the mileage is very low for the year .the standard cars have never fetched good money and you can not compare the two .the sport is becomming a very rare car i have had mine nearly 18 months and apart from one on this site a while back have not seen another one in the same colour in the flesh .come to think of it have only seen a handfull of sports in all the time i have owned it ,ask anyone looking for one how hard they are to find in good nick with low mileage and FSH . i have been stopped loads of times by the police mostly when i was younger ,but it has not stopped me from having respect for them ,there is good and bad in all types of work ,how many of you have had bad service from a garage or hotel etc you don't tar them all with the same brush do you .for every bad copper there is 20 others doing the job well we just don't bleat on about the good ones only the bad .i for one would not like to spend a day in there shoes dealing with the drunks and scallys on a daily bascis and if i did it might just give me a bad attitude every now and then .

did anyone notice the vw bora did well were as the golf did badly ,are they not the same car apart from the rear end ,i have come to the conclusion the golfs all suffered with rear end problems

this is a total guess but have you checked the bulkhead towards the back of the engine bay as this sounds like it is full of water thus making the noise as the water sloshes from side to side .they usealy have a drain hole that clogs with leaves and dirt ,try to find it and unblock it there is one in the middle and one either side of the engine bay

Very sad especialy when you think it is all down to money ,if the lads in the fiesta had more they could well have bought a car with more saftey features and survived .Seems wierd that the younger people who have just passed thier tests and have less experiance and are more likely to crash drive the cars that are older and have hardly any safty features at all .Gonna start saving to buy my daughters a big volvo with wips sips and and every thing else that ends in ips when they start to drive

Bikes look great andy ,just need to convince the missus that i really need one .wish my garden was bigger as it's the only place i can think of useing it .can just see myself smashing through my neighbours fence trying to get full speed out of it

Wife got done about a year ago and we just mucked them around saying we did not know which one of us was driving ,this went on for a couple of months ,we then sent them a letter saying we thought the camera was faulty as we never speed etc etc ,have not heard a thing since so presume they have given up

Sorry can't help with the dash problem but a road angel or one of the other speed camera detectors would help you to stay legal as they give a very accurate readout of your speed .

I would get the ball rolling as quick as possible if you want your money back you are intitled to it as it has not got a f.s.h.and was advertised as having one .do a HPI check on it in the morning with the aa ,and if it has had damage back the car .the law is on your side as you bought it from a dealer ,take no crap and insist on your money back .to be honest even if it has not been written of it still has missed two important services .did you pay for all the car by card or bankers draft
