Well then it's illegal at 70mph+ on the motorway. Good point they do this all the time as well often when you are in the fast lane they come down the inside using that invisable lane again

i think its mad motorbikes are allowed to use the invisable lane and if they take stupid risks then they deserve what they get .another thing that bugs me is when you are at traffic lights and they come up the outside and just sit in front of you when the lights are red ,i tried this once when a bike did this to me ,he went in front so i just turned around him and sat in front of him ,his face was a picture .i would have him done as his reation caused criminal damage and would have shaken up most people

postage is a bit on the steep side ,how much do they weigh

Would never pressure wash my engine bay seen to many problems arise after people doing this.pressure washers are to powerfull and water will impregnate into the smallest holes ,If you have to do it use a steam cleaner and have it on very low power ,they do the job far better as it melts of the oil and grease although in my opinion a bit of oil and grease on your engine can do no harm other than offer protection from rust etc.

Most i have got in is £57 so would imagine if you run it dry you would get £60 in.on a run i find it quite good on fuel but you have to stay below 80mph or it drinks it

I thought the same thing and mine was for nearly 13k so know were you are comming from ,but it took me three months of phone calls faxing and having reports done to screw the :tsktsk: d .But by posting the dealer name in the dealer reveiw section or even on the main board you will insure none of us get screwed by the dealer in question .the biggest problem i had was volvo uk would not get involved and just kept reff me back to the dealer to sort it out ,it was only when in the end i decided to take it to court they gave up ,but this is costly and as i said a lot of hassle.wierdest thing was when i took my lexus back for its first service the saleman that sold me the volvo had started work for them ,i nearly walked straight out and i think he nearly had a heart attack on the spot :P .Good luck

when mine expired i went with the aa ,cost just £55 for the year and covers each claim up to £1000 ,i know this will not cover replacement of engine or box but to be honest they are bullit proof on these cars .Mine broke down last week and the aa bloke first thought it was the alternator and the warrenty covered the cost ,turned out to be the battery in the end so did not claim.

I had a simaler problem with a volvo i bought, and although in the end i won and got all repairs etc carried out the hassle it involved was enormous.i would say if all you are out of pocket by is £45 i would not bother ,and would just add the name of the dealer to your post, but not accuse them of this but just state the facts .

that is nice and love the vans in the background,and a added bonus it will never rust :P

There is a switch on the indicator stalk that lets you raise them up ,yours must be in the down position ,it is something to do with snow and stopping it from putting pressure on your wipers or something like that

Just bought one for mine from halfords ,calcium something or the other .And colin is right in saying it come with a four year warranty.Cost was £55. :)

That is a very nice ls400 ,good price to .Only thing that would concern me is he states good service history not full lexus history .

Problem with the foriegn lorries is they have a massive blind spot in their passenger mirror just as a car gets level with thier door the car disapears from their view and the driver thinks it's clear and just pulls out clipping the rear of the overtaking car and jamming it on to the front of the hgv ,then the lorry brakes and flings the car sideways down the motorway.happened to my brother a few months back and he hit the concrete bridge support backwards at around 50 mph after riding on the front of the hgv for a few hundred yards ,the police at the scene said it was the most common accident they are called out to and only the fact he was in a strong car (bmw 3 series) stopped him from being killed as the back lights were against the rear seat. :o .So always take care when overtaking lorries especialy the foreign ones

get some string preferably cotton type and use it like a saw behind the plate ,then the residue from the tape can be taken of with a good glue remover or polish and plenty of elbow grease .
