    what realy gives me the hump is we seem to have no say what so ever ,we apoint these members of parliment pay them obscene amounts of money so that they can shaft us ,has anyone else noticed the amount of little wags everywere aged about 17-18 spitting and just generaly causing everyone else grief ,why cant this goverment give the country back to the decent hard working people instead of giving the scum everything they want including houses that they are allowed to buy three years down the line for stupid money ,do they not relise that all these people are just playing the poncing game .

    Best way to do it is all to use just one petrol brand ,the others will soon put down there prices and we can all still get fuel

    Yep agree with you all the on that ,but not another fuel protest ,the last one nearly put me out of bussiness .just cant do it if you are self employed

    Been trying to buy this toy for my little girl all week ,it retails at £12 :) for most of the year ,have tried about 20 shops and gone through all of the yellow pages to locate one as she is deperate for it ,just found one on the internet and they want £27 plus p&p etc ,what a rip off £30 for a £12 toy.Anyone got any ideas as i know you are a resourcefull bunch :D

    sounds about right with that sort of mileage ,as long as the service history is good i would go for it as cant see you getting one any cheaper especialy with sat nav.

    dont push it use the switch on the wiper stalk

    could it be something to do with the other switch on the stalk that makes the wipers recess into the bonnet

    worked on them for years as my father inlaw co owned a v/w garage ,owned the mk1 mk2 mk3 and mk4 gti ,never had a major problem apart from the mk4 gti when the coil pack fail ,at the end of the day it is horses for courses it has not got the prestige of the lexus but then it aint got the snobbiness either :)

    Exactly the same temperature here, OT but are the heated seats linked to the temp dial as if I turn them up it feels like my balls are "boil in the bag" :o ← just read that again "boil in the bag" :D :P pmsl

    22 most of the time ,but if very hot in summer i turn it right down and on them nasty cold mornings i turn it right up .

    I would check the plugs ,my old celica did this under load and it turned out to be a plug,seemed the more welly i gave it the better it was but as soon as i came of the throttle the hesitation and spluttering came back ,worth a look as one could have started to break down

    you have the same tyres as me matt and mine are about half worn ,evry corner i pull out of it spins ,even worse if the corner is on a hill.even if i just tickle the throtle it spins and i have to ease of ,i find myself constantly on and of the throttle to compansate for the wheel spin.

    you can insist on a lexus dealer doing the work but finding one that dos not sub the work out will be hard as most do not have spray facilities on site

    :tsktsk: me all this so you can deafen yourself and every other road user ,I am a great believer that their should be a law against loud music being played from cars between certain times.some :tsktsk: in a fiesta sat outside my house for ten minutes at 2am last night with his music on ,woke my kids and me ,when i approached him the spotty little :tsktsk: said whats the problem .i am still waiting for him to knock to get back the front to his head unit :D .WHY do they need to have it so loud and bassy if yer neighbour did it in doors you would be hammering on thier door .
