I have an IS200 and they don't look like mine at all, mine are cream. no seriously tho, the ones you have are definitely for the IS220/250, not the older IS200 I searched ebay for IS220 and IS250 mats and they are the same shape as the ones you bought, stick yours back on ebay, i'm sure they'll sell without you losing any money,

yes, they sell anything from px bargains to £50k Rolls, and the px bargains are always a couple of grand to start, tis just their customer service is the worst i've ever known I'll confirm how much of the service history was with Lexus, and challenge any discrepencies with Adsheads, with the help of trading standards, i'm willing to take it as far as I can to make sure i've not been sold a £6,500 lemon took me a long while to save the cash to buy that car, I don't want to see that kind of money go down the toilet

the salesman assured me verbally that there was service history, however not a full one as he was unsure, so I checked with Lexus, Lexus said it has had more than one service by themselves, last one at 40k, so I asked adsheads again about more recent services and they told me thy had done the 50k but couldn't tell me off the top of their head what work was carried out (needless to say, they haven't provided me with the 50k in writing, only a 49,xxx from Lexus Solihull that Lexus bolton don't even have on record) which is what leaves me in doubt about the handwritten book they have finally provided detailing services from lexus that lexus themselves don't know about (or so it would seem) I'll check my service details with Lexus, if they don't match, i'll pass on the details to trading standards, as their methods for co-operation are more persuasive than mine

A false service history is definitely somethin that would affect the re-sale value? the fact i've owned the car for 9 months should bare no relevence as it has taken the dealer this long to provide the SH, all the while assuring me the SH was on its way, I just have to make sure the SH isn't false....

I suddenly get the feeling that when the time comes to sell the car, its not gonna be as easy as i'd like it to be, at least i've officially got the major 60k one on paper I'm gonna give trading standards all the details of the transaction, as the length of time i've owned the car shouldn't be relevent, as Adsheads constantly assured me they would get the history for me, which took all 9 months, so what it boils down to, is if the service history is indeed inaccurate or, more blatantly, forged, then they have sold me the car having misled me Either way, i'm going back to Lexus and Trading standards this week

This issue is yet again with the dealer who sold me the car ADSHEADS Ltd Manchester Road Westhoughton Bolton After 9 months of owning my lexus, I have finally received a service book, I have been chasing it since the week I bought the car, in that time, the actual salesman who sold me the car has parted company with Adsheads, and more recently the Manager moved on too, so i've been passed from pillar to post to trainee to everybody, and the day I collected the service book, I was informed the previous owner was serving time at hger majesty's pleasure. I bought the car having been told there was definitely a service history, although I knew adsheads hadn't at that time retrieved it so I would have to wait for it In the meantime I went to Lexus myself and asked if they knew of the service history, although they couldn't tell me what had been done, they did tell me that it had been serviced by Lexus upto 40k (was 59k when I bought the car) and Adsheads told me they had serviced it at 50k the book has been filled in saying there was a serviced at 41,433, and 49,611 by lexus solihull, all the writing is the same so I know the book hasn't been sent to any of the Lexus dealers who serviced the car, so Adsheads have either got the details over the phone or completely made them up I suspect the latter given the discrepancy with the 50k service If this is the case, can I legally require my money back from Adsheads for the car? (I have seen another one I want instead, so i'll still be owning an IS)

yeh i've come across that before, i've mailed another US seller and asked for 2 of each ik20 and ik22, that way their stocks aren't affected cos they split 4packs for people who order 6, won't be too much out of pocket then, i'll just have an extra plug

the 2 missing plugs are different, one ik20 from one set and one ik22 from another, so I only need one of each, so if I buy full sets i'm still gonna have odd numbers left over, i'll figure somethin out

I was recommended Toyo's, but I was skint anyway, and just got a budget one

Update, the seller still refuses to accept that the order was incomplete, however, has refunded the 2 missing plugs, and so far I am yet to find an ebay seller who sells the plugs individually, including the seller I bought mine off, and out of pride I don't want to use them again and have to pay postage again case closed

So is there a kit they sell that has the above mentioned bulbs, or does your choice of bulbs have to be bought seperately, I want to get a set that you described above, can you show me where you got yours from Wozza?

i'm sure I have an old version of office lying round somewhere with word on it, If I can find it, i'll do a copy with the code too, i'll post back on when I find it and you can pm me your address if u want it
