  1. phone insurance isn't a requirement either imho, just keep your paperwork safe, and in the event of theft, have the sim blocked immediately, the amount u save monthly on insurance normally covers the price of a replacement handset anyway, and if u don't claim, u aren't out of pocket
  2. free ps3, lcd tv etc are true indeed, however the contracts are normally £35+ a month and for a minimum of 18 months, line rental subsidises handset prices, so any extra hardwear they "throw in" normally just bumps up line rental, shop around for the same tariffs without all the freebies, and the line rental shud be lower see what the difference is and if its worth gettin the "freebies" and paying more monthly, and are the included mins/txts for these tarriffs actually close to what you'd use, or are they just silly amounts?
  3. forget flatulence or eating smelly food, your lexus deserves better, I agree with Noel as the best solution
  4. In a town called Charlotte, North Carolina. A lawyer purchased a box of 24 very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against, among other things, fire. Within a month, having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made even his first premium payment on the policy the lawyer filed a claim against the insurance company. In his claim, the lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires." The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason, that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion. The lawyer sued, and WON! it gets better... Delivering the ruling, the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was ridiculous. The judge stated nevertheless, that the lawyer held a policy from the company, which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire, without defining what is considered to be unacceptable fire" and was obligated to pay the claim. Rather than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for the cigars lost in the "fires" NOW FOR THE BEST PART. After the lawyer cashed the check, the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON!!! With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24,000 fine. ONLY IN AMERICA! Edit: Ok its not true

I love My IS, If I sell, i'll be getting another one but newer, it hasn't let me down, i've had it a year (pretty much to the day) I pass about four other Green ones on quite a regular basis between home and work and thats within 10 miles, and i don't think any of those are other LOC members, still, if they are getting more common, its not a reason not to buy one

  15. i'm not the cleverest person when it comes to technical stuff like this, infact i'm far from it, but how do so many garages get tracking and geo settings wrong? I thought lots of garages used lasers nowadays, shouldn't they all get it right with lasers?

  18. its wierd for me to think about, technology is moving so fast, kids of today will find it hard to comprehend the speed things have developed, thay already have x-box 360s and I-phones, and they will be able to closely compare future consoles and phones, wheres as we compare a flash drive of several gig, to a floppy of just 1.44 mb does that make sense? i'm all nostalgic
  19. I just googled it Chris, I found Lander (apparently it was a demo version) originally called Zarch, then Virus, then Virus 2000 and also Z-Virus, the first 3-D game for the archemides? I downloaded that one tho, Tried to get JetPac but all I could find were newer versions, and I couldn't play them as well as when I was 8 :(
