  1. I have lexus logos on mine, my font is legal, and spacing etc, I don't have any dealer addresses at the bottom of the plate either, and i've been told by a traffic cop that i'm not likely to get stopped for the plates however, if I do a moving violation that got me pulled, like a dodgy lane change, they'd probably tell me change the plates then
  2. shud I send mine back? i'm jokin, I saw these a while back, waste of time
  3. I love the camera on my n95, and how much u can shift stuff (menu's etc) for convenience, but it still sometimes likes to be slow, and the sat nav takes aaaaaages to find a satellite, I keep wanting to change back to a pda, i've had a few xda's in the past, but the camera would be greatly missed if I did, and I can't see myself carrying 2 phones just cos I can't find one with all I want on it, my predictive txt on my N95 is getting annoying too, its making up words that I know I haven't taught it
  4. sorted out, I will be there :D
  5. Somethin has come up and I can no longer make it, my apologies Craig
  6. cheeky, lol, cheers Gord, i'm sure we'll find it fine between us
  7. make sure u sell it to someone who hasn't checked the price of a 60k service in advance :D
  8. I had Run D.M.C - It's Like That, then changed it to Bill Withers - Ain't No Sunshine
  9. i'm unsure too on the exact location, so what time we settin off from Reebok?
  10. When I bought my car I had 18" aftermarket alloys on and the tyre wear was even for about 6 months, but having not declared my wheels to the insurance, and being a relitively new driver with sky high premium, I reverted back to standard 17's for the time being, 6 months on I have inner wear and i'm tramlining too, I am happy to provide pics also, and any other details required, and i'll be gettin 2 tyres swapped and my geo done when I get paid
  11. I can remember when I was about 20 I decided I wanted one, but I can't remember where i'd first seen one to make me want one
  12. I may not be able to make this one either, but if I can I will
  13. yeh i'm still good to go, Danny may be attending but it depends what time he finishes work if he hasn't got the day off, either way, he'll be in his own car since I believe not all members will be in lexus this time...
  14. was a little low with us all in, and the roads round here are shocking too...
  15. I have had private plates and my rear plate is now just standard size like the front, as long as its in the middle it really looks fine, not odd at all, its not as if its a rover 75 where the whole shape is different. I got mine direct from DVLA and had to have the plates done myself, used a company off ebay and bought them as show plates, but with legal font and spacing, just no dealer name/postcode along the bottom, and a lexus logo on the left, have never been pulled for them and they've been on nearly a year (i'll probably get pulled this week now i've put that)
  16. I think I suit my car, I don't wear shirts and ties anymore, just casual dress, i'm not a boy racer tho, and I saved a lot of money to buy the car, I could have settled for a escort/astra etc, but I wanted a nicer car as I feel i deserved to treat myself
  17. he may have been bragging of a 360, he may have only spun 45 degrees, and took advantage of the roundabout situation, and just drive peacefully the rest of the way round it, then turned off his required exit, thus equalling 360 degrees? :D just a thought
  18. as far as I know theres no regulations on parking in normal residential streets, obviously not blocking drives, its first come first serve for space, as long as your cars are road legal you can park them all the way up your street if you like If he can move his tanker and is moaning for nothing, tell him u can't move your cars, cos u've been drinkin (heavily the night before if he's there at the crack of dawn) and no one else is insured to move them, then film him incase he bumps one, and sue his a$$!
  19. dial a phone used to be singlepoint, may still be, they like losing cancellation letters from customers, so they can keep charging line rental, they even managed to lose one that was recorded mail
  20. I took a 12 month contract with o2 and after the 12 months the new handset I wanted wasn't released yet, so I said I didn't want an upgrade, and they offered me line rental for £10 a month for the whole year. and 2 weeks later the phone came out, so I upgraded, and they left me on £10 a month, so I got a better deal the handset upgrade was £160 (xda mini s at the time) and it was faulty so I returned it and they replaced it, and gave me my my £160 back as a gesture of goodwill, so the second year of my contract, I got the xda mini s for free (which I sold for £310 on ebay) and a tenner a month, keeping my old handset
