  1. probably waiting for all the MPs to pay their debts off first
  2. Phone retailers LOVE their commission, they should let you try a handset before you buy it, or just get another sonyericsson...
  3. upload your images to photobucket, and then copy the html code when you make ur listing on ebay, change the tab from standard to html and paste the code from photobucket, when u change back to standard your image will appear if the N95 is boxed with everythin and in good condition you should easily get £165
  4. Sounds like a plan that lol
  5. when I sell something on ebay I put it on with buyer requirements set so buyers have to be in the uk and have good feedback, and I require immediate payment, and I set the price to include the success fee and maximum postage, £7 and always use special next day for example, stick the n95 8gb on for £165 and u'll come out with the £140 that u r willing to accept, despite ebay rip off fees
  6. yeh should do the trick if his plan is to return a different phone
  7. may also be worth calling his bluff if he is tryin pull a fast one by telling him you do have the imei recorded already.
  8. do you have a bill the imei may be on?
  9. I like my lex badges, shows that my toyota has all the toys...
  10. Has anyone tried any of those training programs that allow training along side work, like the IT ones or Skillscentre etc? I would like to learn a valuable trade and make something of my life, but not sure of the best route to take, and i'm not even 100% sure what career i'd like, also I wouldn't want to spend my savings on learning a trade only to find no work, somethin I hear happens when people train in IT, other programs I have seen state there is a shortfall in electricians, what i'm looking for really is reliable info, not just stats companies use to try and sell their training. any advice and opinions is greatly received, although often I find myself more confused than before lol
  11. what annoys me is that people are bidding on it, annoys me because I reported it to ebay as i'd hate to buy a supercharged lexus to find the supercharger not included, I did this a couple of days ago as its a blatant breach and a buyer is gonne be a little upset, especially if they join up here afterwards and realise they been misled, and ebay true to form have done nothin about it
  12. I didn't go for ages, but I split up with my missus recently :( so I go every so often to pass the time
  13. yeh he sellin his car too in the for sale section
  14. how much does the average car lose in value in the first few months after its driven off the forecourt anyway? costs far more than keeping ur existing car, scrappage allowance is a completely empty gesture
  15. have to be a member, is it a link to the pics? can u copy them onto here?
  16. entered, not sure if i'm right tho, its johnson's baby oil who sponsors them but i'm not 100% on the make of car
  17. this also applies to the IS, but works in a different way, if I turn my key 90 degrees left this disables the internal boot release...
  18. yeh i've decided i'm going to buy a cheap car that is cheap to run, so i'm gonna look for reliable alternatives, and the lex is staying with me too, tucked away safely so it won't cost me a penny, I can afford the running costs of the lex, but i'm only just scraping by at the moment so might aswell transfer the running costs to a cheap car until I have a better income, then go back to the lex, and it saves me the hassle of selling it now and looking for the right one again when the time arises
  19. my situation means although I can afford to run my Lexus, money is tight and I have toyed with the idea of selling for a smaller car on many occasions, but to be honest, despite its many cosmetic flaws (as detailed in another post which I will copy to here if people are curious, although it isn't relevent) I have become very attached to the car, and having driven many other cheaper alternatives, the feeling when in my lexus always seemed to outweigh the potential saving on fuel, (cars auto and I tend to do short journeys, so the cheaper options mean I can get double mpg, maybe more, and it all adds up) would keeping the car off road for around a year do it any harm? as silly as this sounds, I didn't feel the same driving a golf/focus etc compared to the lex, but it wouldn't bother me half as much as if I still owned the lex, albeit in storage (does that all sound really sad?) any help is greatly required...?
