tbh i've always liked the raised one too and I only have the lip one, but mines red so i'm not swappin either, I don't know how easy it is to swap them over, altho swapping the locks is a little fiddley

i'm assuming your old ones fit completely flush?

no the one on ebay is an aftermarket one, not as big, theres a genuine tte one on ebay at £80 start price, which isn't bad, not quite the same as the sport one I linked above tho TTE Spoiler the sport one I linked was never sold on its own from what I gather, it was on the boot from the factory, easiest way to get these is to swap the complete bootlid with someone else, as to remove the spoiler on its own often leads to snapping them

the little logo on the right of the grille is a little custom thing, I think there was only 2 of us here that have done it the grille is available from the dealer as mentioned in reply to you on my other thread, but the main badge that comes with the grille is left off and the little badge in the corner is just taken off a centre cap

if ur budget is aimed at 2001, try and get X reg as tax is lower, belts timing and the rest shud have been done at 60k, if not: negotiate £500 off

Might even be worth trying the dealers... Oh, that's a shame. Yeah black sport grille should work - even possibly a granite sky one as that might look like carbon :) Also would have less of a contrast than black so would look less obvious. well theres an aftermarket carbon type on the bay for about £40 and I thought about using that 3m dinoc carbon stuff on the centre of the bumper, also the middle part of the rear lip when I eventually get one, and also the spoiler, but I dunno if I can get that off to wrap it without breaking it lol all just ideas at the moment tho, still haven't got a bonnet in the pipeline and I want to find my own place to live, but I keep finding things to buy for the car

I prefer the red sport grille as I had it, if I can get a red one again I will but they don't come in red so I dont want to have to spray another, costs too much lol

silly Q but when you say Lowred's Lexus, was it yours when u crashed or had you borrowed it or something? i've only been on and off here so bit confused lol u got pics of the old car aswell for us?

I crashed the car with the sport grille on at the beginning of the month :( lol so the standard grille is on for now since the sport grilles are generally pre-painted but not in red.. if I get another it'll be black, so I don't know whether to or not the front lip may not be going on, as i'm hoping for just the corner spats instead depending on price and to do somethin different with the bumper such as:

since its the tte bumper you have on anyway, the trd badge has just been added by someone, do u have a third brake light in your rear window?

I saw this on ebay and then it ended with bids cancelled, did u get it at a good price?

just sold the LE one about 3 weeks ago for £25 on the bay, they do pop up from time to time, one came up in silver not too long ago and it went for similar money to mine
