altezzas dont have an auto levelling headlight. u can only adjust them manually. Good for me.... not sure about for the IS

Any idea how much they cost? Might be worthy of a group buy!!

Me three!! I think they are TRD ones, not being made anymore. A lot of people are making their own, by taking the headlight apart and spraying the chrome bits whatever colour u want.

i took a few close up pics of my kit just to show the difference.

[how r u securingthe maf sensor 2 the pipe. My kit came with 2 small alan key screws that secured it on properly, ill try ang find some pics of it

I got my kit( which included: filter, metal induction pipe and mounting brackets and spacer for 170 Euro! and another 150 Euro for the aluminium box. Im thinking, as Noel said it has to be the pipe! You could always come to Ireland in March for the rolling road meet and try mine out!!

I tried the same, doesnt really work. You would actually need to mount it onto the ski hatch and use the boot as the box! I have a stealth box too. its the easiest option i think -
Well since you didnt get an Altezza specific Induction kit im guessing thats the problem. Send it back i think. How much did it cost you?

That looks cheap and nasty!! Does the filter say Apexi on it?? It doesnt look like the sensor would be able to sit securely with no gaps. As u said if ur old set up works then it isnt the MAF. Ill try take some pics of mine later up close if i get a chance. Very busy in work though

Front spoiler bumper looks like just the standard with a Trust front lip. The second one looks like a standard one modified to take the intercooler in the middle not too sure though. No idea where to get them but im sure that would cost at least 500 Euro before shipping and painting Have a look here you might find something u like

Where did u get it from? ive seen a few of these kits fitted and never seen one with a carbon pipe. Does it have an Apexi stamp on the top of the pipe?? If i wsa you i'd send it back and get an orginal one. Might be selling mine soon. If there is no BHP difference between mine and a standard RS ill return to stock and just drop in a apexi panel filter. The noise from mine is a bit loud sometimes. :duh:

im not 100% sure but i think its the same sensor as an IS200 so maybe try a Lexus dealer

Look where the front wing meets the door, it dont look right to me, look at the sideskirt, not a good colour match, same as front bumper as you say, it might just be the bad pic :duh: I once got a MR2 that was saying 4.5 on the auction report, but when got and looked at it, it had been in a accident, very good repair mind :o Ah i just think its a bad pic. You wil have to bring me for a spin in that when u get it running properly Shane :winky:

That's expensive. The similar free-flow Blitz filter for my IS250 was 27 quid. :o ye a lot of the TRD gear is over priced. go for a blitz, Apexi or HKS

A bit more pic up in 3rd/4th and a nice grumble!! Think only the apexi pipe will do the job. Is ur pipe not an apexi one? maybe this is the problem.

Maybe the sensor isn't sitting securely enough in the carbon pipe. The pipe that came with mine is steel, and the sensor sits in perfectly, or else there is too much tension on the cable that plugs into the maf sensor and all the pins arent all connected right. I know mine is very tight. Make sure all the hose is on securely on to the filter and inlet pipe
