I'd be a bit dissapointed if the owner has lost/mislaid 2 sets of keys after only 6 yrs of ownership!!....i still have all 3 on a X reg Sept 2000.

You can get them from your dealer (pricey) or you could get a blank from e-bay and get the dealer to reprogramme it for you.

To compliment the Teins get some stiffer roll bars.

If the cam belt needs changing coz of mileage/perished i would make a point of checking/replacing the pump

as its not a 5 min task,so if your on a high miler and you've not replaced the pump its probably a good thing to change it at the same time....as it'll be s.ods law it will go and the belt will have to come off to replace the pump.

Personal choice of course.

Its belt driven.

Could be a good move to change it while the belts off as you wouldn't want to strip it if the pump does go :D

All rough prices,but thats what i got quoted from my dealer.

Cam belt @ 60k?...i know its not whats in the h/book, but the dealer will prompt you to get it done.

If Lexus GB read/look through these forums then its a good thing for owners to point out the rattles,no matter how small or annoying they're ownership is as its brings to light, that in some cases the brand is not as luxurious as it should be...."in persuit of perfection"........it helps them (Lexus).

First off i would check the main cat and air intake sensor and poss O2 sensor.
