  2. yeah.. but also consider these options What car do you drive? Lexus = Wow .. nice car (they think.. he is wealthy) Skoda= ahahahahaahaha (think of the old jokes in their head...) Credibility (street cred) lexus = big time up there Skoda = Their still laughing i can think of a hundred things... I think you should take a look at this... it is the team Lexus Guidance Chart http://www.teamlexus.co.uk/consumer.htm :D:D:D:D:D [Edited on 12-2-2002 by Administrator]

  5. Almost 34,000 Consumers' Association members reported on the reliability of their new cars. Some 7% of these vehicles broke down within two years of leaving the factory, up from 6% in last year's survey. Land Rover fared particularly badly, with 19% of the Discovery 4X4s included in the survey experiencing a breakdown. The Land Rover Freelander performed only slightly better with its 86% reliability record. However, an unprecedented five car models (made by Saab, Nissan, Mazda and Lexus) were reported to have had no mechanical problems. read the results of Which magazine: http://www.teamlexus.co.uk/consumer.htm
  6. Capri was renouned for losing its back end.. especialy he mark3.
  7. hmmm... should be on the stork... most toyotas are the same as Lexus too... all use the same types of stork. By the way.. you have to have your main lights on for the fogs to work (when you find that switch)
  8. it is a hard push between the GS and SC... One thing that put me off the SC.. the seats were too low and found that the back of my legs were not that well supported, as the GS has much better seats. GS: Comfort, lexury and elegance with a bit of power then get the GS. Loads of goodies. Easier to sell at a later date. SC: Sporty looks, luxury(not as luxrourious as GS) plenty of power if you get the Turbo.Car is impractical at times, hardly any seating legroom in the rear so basically treat the car like a two seater. Big heavy car to treat as a sports car... would be fast luxury coupe. Steve
  9. You better off importing a japanese import... man i have nothing against Skoda... but trading in a lexus for a Skoda would not be good! :tumble: As richie said.. get a SC 250 turbo, you will have big time fun in that and still keep the prestige badge (yep badge!) I have been in a SC and they are very nice! I can find loads of them for you .. look for Toyota Soarer But i would think your were nuts trading for Skoda.. sorry man  My two pence worth
  10. I will open up some premium rate lines and start making some money from it... vote now guys!
  11. Funny that... i did actually think about adding the sound of Mats car in the next screen saver.
  12. Ok I have set up a poll for your Notorious  The result should give you an answer  Good Luck :D:D:D
  13. you mean to say that you asked them how much they would buy your lexus for as a trade in for a Skoda. I am not saying anything!:smilegrin: Did i read that last post correctly... i am stunned!:smilegrin::smilegrin:
  14. Here it is http://www.teamlexus.co.uk/movies/abz.mpg Would not go in the gallery.. size protection is set so you will not get more than 2 meg upload. and the HKS Hyper muffler http://www.teamlexus.co.uk/html/modules.ph...lbum.php&page=6 [Edited on 12-2-2002 by superchargedIS200]
  15. Hey richie.. you never signed up :(
  16. Both cars are fantastic, i have been in a SC400 and found it to be a really nice car, though i did find the GS has alot more leg room. I can understand your situation! What a decision you have to make there! For looks I would go for the SC300 and for practicality I would certainly go for the GS. Only thing you might want to look at is that the GS can probably perform just as well as the SC and probably has just as many features. Personally myself I would go for the SC
  17. We all want to hear how your holiday went! Welcome back Richie!
  18. I have opened the site.. hopefully will be able to add loads more content over the next few months.
  19. Mind is that Rain x liquid you rub onto your windsheild which defelcts the rain. Man that stuff is a lifesaver! i am sure i can come up with a few more.. in the mean time whats the most handiest product you have found in H*lfords?
  20. place another post and the signature will show!
  21. are you looking for the front fogs or the rear? The front fogs should be situated on the same stork as the indicator stork. Twist for normal light switch then further down the stork you should find another twist switch. I am going by what i have on my ES300... but most have the same equipment.
  22. sweeeeet! we need some competition to keep those IS200 boys in line! :P:P:P
