to be honest im not sure seen in a few sigs so i was just askin why would they do that ? what would they charge you with when we first launched the club one of the members was stopped and told that the chrome on his lights were too much.. blah blah It used to be a news article but faded away. I think you are only allowed to have so much chrome. Thats why we dont see chromed cars floating around! (damn!) However, i expect the police man was an idiot and had a fullfill a quota somewhere. It just made me thing why lexus changed the headlight styling in later models.

hehe in the same positition wondering which brand is good etc. I always find certain makes have a certain own distinct sound quality... But i aint really that fussy because i have been using a clapped out factory unit for 2 years. but still want an opionion of what is good for my money I would say 300 squid for head unit and 200 on speakers etc..

mat will know Bit off topic to what you were after.. but was the smoked rear lights put on as standard because the chrome ones had to much crome and people were getting stopped by the police.. or did i read crap?

Jst replace the boots Bear in mind.. if these have been in this condition for a long time then you may find that they will be worn and knocky when you pack them with grease as this realseases the ceased joints. best change the boots ASAP :)

I am waiting for my stereo fascia plate to arrive... so i am looking to buy a new aftermarket stereo. I am looking to spend no more than £500 as I am not after anything too superb.. just something thats nice and clear. I have 8 speaker system in the car at the mo.. So.. what is best brand for money?? clean mine once a month.. 4 waxes a year inside doesnt get cleaned as much.. i hate doing inside! also hate cleaning the windows... Best i have ever seen the car was when i finished preparing it before JAE.. wow.. then drove it 120 miles and the wind must of blown the shine off...

I dont have air suspension as mines an ES300.. but shares alot of the features of the LS.. especially inside. I do remember seeing a guy once at a meet adjust his suspension in his glove box... some sort of switch in there... take a look.

cruise control will only work below 70 mph on imports... or if they have not been converted. You should press the end button in (cruise light will appear on dash) the pull down to set. The two buttons next to shifter alter the drop down settings on the tranny.

the red button by the shifter is to take the car out of park without the keys in the ignition.
