Nige It is a good idea to have your reg plate blanked out for many reasons.... plus it looks good on the car! also one last thing... lots a snap happy people will take pics... its a great way to help advertise your club.. especially when there are magazine photographers taking pics!

hmm.. perhaps another GS as you are a family man.. perhaps something seriously modified that you gets alot of press attention.. must be good for business? Shame you could not have brought the "Gansta" to the Gaydon meet... Would have looked forward to seeing that!

i have 11 LOC and 13 TL cripes.. quite a few went missing! I shall mark these ones and reserve plates for those who add their name.

Last year a lot of you would have noticed i had some Special LOC plates made up to protect peoples identity when photos were being taken. I noticed that not all the plates were returned so I thought this year I will sell them to members to prevent them being stolen and costing the club money. Again selling these help the club recoup the costs of these plates. So.. I have 30 sets of LOC plates for sale. See Team Lexus Front plates Team Lexus rear plates Lexus Owners Club Front plate Also have LOC rear plates but cannot find piccy. I shall be selling these for £7.50 a set (back and front ) Those who require a plate please add their name here and I will reserve you a plate set. These you can take to every meet and conceal the reg numbers savings time on masking number plates before adding these to the gallery. I shall not be ordering any more unless i have orders... so first come first served. Also these are not proper reg plate material... but close to it.

Cracked my front number plate.. so went to halfords to get a new one and you now have to prove your identity and show log book as of the 1st of January... left me anry coz i had traveled quite a way through traffic and left with nothing.

how long was it down for guys? We are still on the old server... trying to move on to the more reliable system.

This makes me laugh.. he must have spent hours producing that page... Let me think... dont most cars look go through the same styling pattern? I am sure if car designers were let loose the cars we have on the streets at the moment would look alot funkier than they do now. Styling gets more aggressive as time goes on.. like it grows on you. If Lexus were to shove a concept car onto the steeets surely it would not sell? But in 10 years it might. Myself all designers go through a pattern and it applies through most car companies. IE. pear shaped lights, diamond shaped rear lights. One thing i cannot imagine is a Lexus designer who is suffering from designers block to be sitting in the cafeteria getting ideas from mercedez! Run of the mill in my eyes.

Ie. If your avatar is a pic of an "IS200" in an "IS" category of the forum then you do not have to modify. If you avatar is a picture of a "cabbage" or a "dog" and it is in the "IS" category then expect it to be deleted unless you modiy your avatar and upload it to the Misc Category.

just to tempt more people to the meet.. imagine this but with loads more cars this was the Hondas last winter meet http://www.hondarevolutions.com/html/gaydon02.htm this time the hondas will fill the whole car park.. well be on the other side! See what i mean by BIG!

For those who will be at gaydon at the crack of dawn please note the following. When at Gaydon you will drive down a hilly section to the main car park. Lexus and Toyota are are on the right hand cark park. Honda's will be on the left. Anyone arriving early please make sure everyone parks there car in the correct car park please. Also for some photo opportunities could eveuone park in a nice orderly fashion so we can get some nice shots in for the club gallery. cheers.
