  1. I am moving this thread to the correct category tsk tsk you mods! :winky:
  2. i dont think you will need to reset the ECU... I enquired to an enginner about this who works on performance cars and claims the ECU will not affect it also dpends on your driving habits too.. if you did the same motorway trip every day you would probably get a better accurate result. Some days i am heavy footed.. some days i drive slow.
  3. here it is! http://www.goldmembers.co.uk/loc/forums/vi...php?p=8807#8807

  7. im not even gonna watch it... would disturb me
  8. fixed like a good old admin i am! :winky: thanks for pointing it out :)
  9. i think it is due to the hotlink protection on the site... never noticed it before because mozilla browser automatically completes the "/" after the domain
  10. well if the origin blue does not come anywhere then i might as well remove the banner!
  11. hmm I am wondering if you are suffering from blinkey dash.. very common problem in soarers.. nearly all have it does the odometer work? nothing else flashes? If it is blinky dash then I know someone that can fix it for good.. but its about £150 other places charge £400 + or if you electronically minded then you can do it for about £4.50 if you are really good with a soldering iron. But once its starts it does get worse. If you do solder it yourself and break it then its a £2K part!
  12. I always use the two bay trick.. it really does work I remember once my fathers van was blocked in once... bumper to bumper by a Jag and somethng else... he rammed the Jag about 10 feet back... absolute nutcase! One of the funniest thing i experienced! Pouring smoke from the van wheels!
  13. I get the "race ya" bit... always some pratt with a baseball cap on... they get right up your ****... weekly I get it and I just slow right down to 20 to prove a point.. they really get the message The when it come to dual carriageway they try and over take... soon as they start passing I stick my foot down of course i dont break the law or cause any danger coz i am a law abiding citizen B) .. just like annoying that person!
  14. great head turners!... especially when you see a bunch of cruisers parked up and I always blip the turbos and they all look round (big fat muppet really) and they are in awe! best car ive ever driven!
  15. ahhh i remember now ian.... oh dear.. not a lexus badge is it loz? cant feel very smug in a petrol station with that written on it :P
  16. pssst will simon still be interested in a soarer? :P
  17. Good job i aint in the 50's with my teddy boy greased up hair do.. i would have said "See ya at the lights dude!" :P
  18. buy some property over seas ;)
  19. i think its the only model in the toyota range to have its very own emblem... a very special car to Toyota was the soarer! until you have owned one then you will never know! ;) but yes like all the altezzas on this site (who never seemed to get flamed for having a toyota badge or Loz simply hasnt noticed it yet) the imports would have a toyota badge on the steering wheel.. the griffin is far more easier to explain!
