  1. I suggest you do some research as you could be driving your car around illegally. Thus you might void insurance claims if any. http://www.via.gov.uk/vehicle_testing/sva/sva.htm there is a document on here you an read. Also the tyres on your motor may not be Etype approved... again illegal in the UK. I am not sure of all the requirements though... but you should not have had an MOT issued without a rear fog light installed by a professional.
  2. hmm without a rear fog light your car would not have passed an MOT I suggest you go back to the company and request they fit one mate that car should have been SVA'd
  3. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_ea...ast/3317429.stm think he was trying to do a bin laden impression
  4. those light on the bottom front are not fogs... they are turning lights go down a dark road and then indicate and notice the side of the road lights up... really nice feature... bit weird on the motorway when you indicate the other lane lights up
  5. I learned that if your car entered the country before a certain year then an SVA was not needed. I have all the signs of an SVA test Clock converted petrol filler resized to only fit unleaded fog light built in to rear light Do you have rear fog light?
  6. some of the discounts are shared with TOC.. just that the dealer directory is with toyota dealers. If you do need a part then you can contact chris shipley who will give you 15% off any part... just need to prove your a goldie.. which you are now. Chris is very active on these forums and on TOC.
  7. great stuff mate the headlights are easy to clean up get some Tcut.. and with some hard elbow grease you should be able to rub the yellow tinge from the lights.
  8. forums are always quiet on the weekends...
  9. if you get a new system then I suggest you rewire the whole car and replace all the speakers along with the system look here about 3/4 down for the face plates http://www.sc400tuner.com/ the more info page does not work... but the payment page does (how funny).. anyway... i would get smooth if you do order.!
  10. is you rcar in the country at the moment? I am wondering if those tinted lights will go through the SVA? might be worth checking...
  11. The DIN kit is a blanking plate A single Din is an opeing for a normal stereo... double din is the double size stereos... Soarer sort of has double din size. Beware.. the single DIN does look ugly in my opinion! I am trying o keep mine standard. I had a Dension MP3 unit installed and changed how the stereo sounds!.. massive improvement. Must say.. love your wheels!!
